天津市＂十二五＂大气污染联防联控规划分析解读研究

天津市作为京津冀地区重要城市之一,经济迅速发展,环境空气质量保持稳定形势不容乐观。研究分析了‘‘十一五”期间天津市大气污染防治工作进展和环境空气质量变化趋势,探讨了未来天津市经济持续发展带来的能源消耗、机动车保有量及施工面积等的增加与大气复合污染防治面临的压力与挑战,提出了“十二五”期间大气污染防治对策与建议,重点涉及控煤、控尘、控车、加强保障等方面,为促进天津市经济可持续发展、持续改善环境空气质量起到指导作用。     

Biodegradation of phenol by free and immobilized Acinetobacter sp. strain PD12

A new phenol-degrading bacterium with high biodegradation activity and high tolerance of phenol, strain PD 12, was isolated from the activated sludge of Tianjin Jizhuangzi Wastewater Treatment Facility in China. This strain was capable of removing 500 mg phenol/L in liquid minimal medium by 99.6% within 9 h and metabolizing phenol at concentrations up to 1100 mg/L. DNA sequencing and homologous analysis of 16S rRNA gene identified PD12 to be an Acinetobacter sp. Polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） was used as a gel matrix to immobilize Acinetobacter sp. strain PDI2 by repeated freezing and thawing. The factors affecting phenol degradation of immobilized cells were investigated, and the results showed that the immobilized cells could tolerate a high phenol level and protected the bacteria against changes in temperature and pH. Storage stability and reusability tests revealed that the phenol degradation functions of immobilized cells were stable after reuse for 50 times or storing at 4℃ for 50 d. These results indicate that immobilized Acinetobacter sp. strain PD 12 possesses a good application potential in the treatment of phenol-containing wastewater.     

祁连山老虎沟12号冰川积雪中飞灰颗粒物的特征

冰川积雪中的飞灰颗粒物可指示由大气沉降的人类活动污染物.本研究基于2012年6月在青藏高原东北缘的祁连山老虎沟12号冰川夏季野外观测取样、实验室扫描电子显微镜与X射线能谱仪联用系统(SEM-EDX)分析了积雪粉尘中球形颗粒物的特征信息,以弄清冰川区沉降的球形飞灰颗粒物的理化特征及其环境意义.结果表明,在所选取的雪层不同深度的9个积雪样品中,都存在着一定数量的飞灰颗粒,这些颗粒物通常是人类生产活动中的化石燃料高温燃烧所形成的.基于EDX能谱分析了飞灰颗粒物的化学元素成分组成,认为沉积在祁连山冰川积雪中的飞灰主要分为3种类型,分别为"富Si类"、"富Fe类"和"富Ti类"颗粒物.总体上,"富Si类"和"富Fe类"颗粒占了球形飞灰颗粒的绝大部分.这些不同组分的飞灰代表了污染物的不同生产活动来源,其平均粒径要相对大于雪层中自然来源的所有矿物粉尘颗粒物,反映了大气传输远距离中密度对粉尘颗粒的重要性.结合NOAA Hysplit气团后向传输轨迹分析认为,中亚地区和我国新疆地区城市、及研究区周边的工业燃烧物通过大气传输是祁连山老虎沟12号冰川积雪中飞灰颗粒的主要可能来源.     

预腐蚀LY12CZ铝合金的疲劳寿命预测模型

目的研究铝合金预腐蚀疲劳的寿命评估模型。方法利用损伤力学模型,建立预腐蚀构件疲劳寿命预测模型,并利用LY12CZ铝合金进行预腐蚀疲劳的验证性实验。结果利用损伤力学建立的模型所得到的预腐蚀铝合金试件的疲劳寿命与实验结果吻合程度良好。结论基于损伤力学的铝合金预腐蚀疲劳寿命预测模型合理有效。     

The crude oil market and the gold market: Evidence for cointegration,causality and price discovery

Given that the gold market and the crude oil market are the main representatives of the large commodity markets, it is of crucial practical significance to analyze their cointegration relationship and causality, and investigate their respective contribution, from the perspective of price discovery, to the common price trend so as to interpret the dynamics of the whole large commodity market and forecast the fluctuation of crude oil and gold prices.

十二五期间,吉林省将处在经济高速发展时期,完善环境保护政策措施,是有效实施十二五环保规划的关键。通过全省环境保护政策措施的回顾,科学预测新时期环境保护工作形势,研究全省十二五时期环境保护法规体系、协调机制、经济政策、环保投入、科技创新等方面的对策措施。     

DROUGHT INDICATED IN CARBON-13/CARBON-12 RATIOS OF SOUTHWESTERN TREE RINGS1

ABSTRACT: Stomatal closure during periods of moisture deficiency should theoretically lead to elevated ¹³C/¹²C ratios as reduction of available CO₂ leads to diminished photosynthetic discrimination against ¹³C in favor of ¹²C. Stable-carbon isotope ratio chronologies developed from 5-yr tree-ring groups at 17 sites in six southwestern states were tested for a drought relationship by first fitting a spline curve to each chronology to remove the long-term trend and calculating indices as the ratio of actual to spline curve value. The time series of “Del Indices” so developed are significantly correlated with 5-yr mean Palmer Hydrological Drought Indices (post-1930 period) and reconstructed July Palmer Drought Severity Indices from respective areas. Overall, in the period since 1790, the driest pentads were 1900–04 and 1960–64, whereas the wettest were 1980–84 and 1915–19. Maps of drought represented for two pentads seem to be reasonable representations, although spatial correlations of Del Indices with PHDI were generally not significant. These Del Index drought reconstructions may provide a useful measure of past physiological response to drought (stomatal closure), although the present cost of analysis would prevent this from being a routine method.     

Effects of labelled meaning on the affective quality of housing scenes

A series of studies examined the effects of labelled meaning on affective response to housing scenes. Students at Ohio State University assessed their feelings towards imagined housing (public or private) and cities (Memphis, Houston and San Francisco). Expected differences in the affective quality were found. Responses to color photographs of specific housing scenes labelled as either private condominiums or public housing were obtained. Differences in scene-affect as a function of labelled meaning were found. Responses to housing scenes labelled as located in either Memphis, Houston or San Francisco revealed no differences in scene-affect as a function of label meaning. This latter finding was confirmed in a non-repeated measure examination. Differences in the fittingness, potency or relevance of the information provided may account for the pattern of findings.     

用12SrRNA基因序列研究潮龟科（BATAGURIDAE）闭壳龟类的进化

测定了潮龟科（Ｂａｔａｇｕｒｉｄａｅ）具闭壳结构的齿缘摄龟属（Ｃｙｃｌｅｍｙｓ）、锯缘摄龟属（Ｐｙｘｉｄｅａ）、闭壳龟属（Ｃｕｏｒａ）共６种线粒体１２ＳｒＲＮＡ基因片段的序列，结合潮龟科其它一些属的序列数据，探讨了具闭壳结构龟类的起源与进化以及闭壳龟属的分类学问题．认为闭壳龟属与锯缘摄龟属为姐妹群，两者与齿缘摄龟属的亲缘关系较远，提示这些具闭壳结构的龟类可能不是由一个共同祖先分化而来．本文的结果不支持将闭壳龟属拆分为闭壳龟属和盒龟属两属
