This work deals with an approach for the water quality restoration with emphasis on the removal of organochlorine pesticides and eutrophic conditions in tropical rivers, causing influence on the management of the central-regional aqueduct, as a source of water supply for human consumption (4 million people) and industrial production in the states of Carabobo, Cojedes and Aragua, Venezuela, testing the phytoremediation techniques through Vetiveria zizanioides (VZ) species and coupled bioreactors, Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) followed by an Upflow Anaerobic Filter in Three Separate Stages (UAF-3SS). Five rivers are involved known as Chirgua, Paito Guacara, Ereigüe, and Tucutunemo, whose waters have been classified as hypereutrophic, and containing organochlorine pesticides (OCPs). As a sample, for Tucutunemo River, OCPs included to DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane) and its isomers and DRINs (Aldrin, Endrin and Dieldrin) dissolved in water and sorbed on sediments, which were measured during the dry and rainy seasons in the period 2013 to 2016, in three monitoring stations distributed in a reach of 15 km. The results indicated that p.p′-DDT concentration dissolved in water was increased up to 10 times from rainy to dry seasons, indicating that a permanent use of it is being carried out by farmers in the agricultural activity development. Steady concentrations of the DTT isomers (e.g., p.p′-DDD and p.p′-DDE) and Aldrin isomers (e.g., Dieldrin) demonstrated that the anaerobic and aerobic biodegradation processes occurred along the river and between climatic seasons. At experimental scale, VZ hydroponic system developed over a period of 6 months for the removal of nutrients demonstrated moderately low to high removal efficiencies. With respect coupled bioreactors, each bioreactor has been experimentally tested, demonstrating satisfactory performance in Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) removal from industrial wastewater containing recalcitrant and inhibitory substances (46%–98%), which was estimated in the influent ranging from 3500 to 5500 mg/L, evidencing that coupling of bioreactors might lead to a effluent COD complying with environmental regulations.  相似文献

在改进型SBR(MSBR)反应器中利用光合细菌处理味精废水.研究光合细菌的两种代谢方式对味精废水COD的去除率影响和从味精废水生物处理反应器活性污泥和生物膜中富集分离光合细菌,结合光合细菌的细胞结构特点和代谢方式讨论其对活性污泥絮凝性能的影响.研究结果表明:黑暗系统中,处理味精废水活性污泥絮凝性能较光照系统中的活性污泥絮凝性能相对有较大的提高;黑暗条件下,光合细菌被强制进行有氧呼吸代谢方式,这样可以提高味精废水生物处理构筑物的有机物降解速率,出水COD优于光照好氧条件下的,出水比较清亮,有机物的去除率也有所提高.  相似文献

This article describes the application of on-line nonlinear monitoring of a sequencing batch reactor (SBR). Three-way batch data of SBR are unfolded batch-wisely, and then a adaptive and nonlinear multivariate monitoring method is used to capture the nonlinear characteristics of normal batches. The approach is successfully applied to an 80 L SBR for biological wastewater treatment, where the SBR poses an interesting challenge in view of process monitoring since it is characterized by nonstationary, batchwise, multistage, and nonlinear dynamics. In on-line batch monitoring, the developed adaptive and nonlinear process monitoring method can effectively capture the nonlinear relationship among process variables of a biological process in a SBR. The results of this pilot-scale SBR monitoring system using simple on-line measurements clearly demonstrated that the adaptive and nonlinear monitoring technique showed lower false alarm rate and physically meaningful, that is, robust monitoring results.  相似文献

The pollution caused by agricultural production poses a threat to the ecological integrity of river ecosystems, altering the structure and function of river ecosystems. Differences in microbial community structure provide useful information about the impact of agricultural pollution on the biological integrity of ecosystems, but generally convey little information regarding ecosystem functions. In this study, using Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology based on the 16S rRNA gene, river sediment samples associated with four different types of agricultural pollution were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the total organic carbon (TOC) content was highest at the YZS site (animal husbandry sewage) among the assayed sites, but the species richness and uniformity were lowest at this site, which may have been caused by the high nutrient source of the sewage. Furthermore, in the three YZS samples affected by the long-term discharge of aquaculture tail-water, the unique genus Dechloromonas and the genus Candidatus-Competitor were observed, which are strongly correlated with phosphorus conversion. The formation of network modules may correspond to the coexistence of functional bacteria accustomed to multiple niche combinations under different agricultural pollution conditions in river sediments. According to the PICRUSt functional prediction, the bacterial community in the agricultural polluted river sediment primarily harbored 46 subfunctions, exhibiting richness of functions. Overall, our results provide a more comprehensive understanding of the structure and ecological processes associated with the aggregation of bacterial communities, which is beneficial for the management of river environments.  相似文献

试验根据小城镇的现实经济状况,采用模拟配水研究了两种处理目标下SBR工艺处理小城镇污水的最佳运行模式。结果表明,综合考虑运行效率和运行成本,对于以COD去除为主要目标的小城镇来说,SBR污水处理系统的最佳运行模式应为搅拌进水60min、曝气84min、沉淀48min、排水为36min、闲置12min,每个运行周期为240min。而对于以脱氮除磷为目标的小城镇来说,SBR的最佳运行模式应为搅拌进水60min、曝气270min、停曝搅拌120min、沉淀120min、排水30min,运行周期为600min。  相似文献

The feasibility of the nitrous organic wastewater treated was studied in seven anaerobic sequencing batch reactors(ASBRs) (0^#-6^#) which had been run under stable anaerobic ammonium oxidation (Anammox). By means of monitoring and data analysis of COD, NH4^#-N, NO2^--N, NO3^--N and pH, and of microbial test, the results revealed that the optimal Anammox performance was achieved from 2^# reactor in which COD/NH4^+ -N was 1.65, Anammox bacteria and denitrification bacteria could coexist, and Anammox reaction and denitrification reaction could occur simultaneously in the reactors. The ratio of NH4^+-N consumed : NO2^- -N consumed : NO3^- -N produced was 1:1.38:0.19 in 0^# reactor which was not added glucose in the wastewater. When different ratio of COD and NH4^+-N was fed for the reactors, the ratio of NO2^- -N consumed: NH4^+-N consumed was in the range of 1.51-2.29 and the ratio of NO;-N produced: NH4^+ -N consumed in the range of 0 -0.05.  相似文献

为实现有限碳源的最大化利用,在厌氧/限氧曝气序批式生物系统的基础上,以碳源偏低的模拟城市污水为对象,分析比较厌氧阶段典型周期内不同碳源浓度,总磷浓度对聚-β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)积累的影响,并考察了运用新的前曝气模式对PHB积累的影响。结果表明,当碳源浓度为140、280和400 mg/L时,PHB积累的最大值分别为10.53、22.75和32.61 mg/g;当总磷浓度为6、12和18 mg/L时,PHB最大积累值分别为25.75、32.54和38.27 mg/g。说明进水碳源浓度和总磷浓度与PHB的最大积累量呈正相关,且碳源浓度对PHB积累量的影响比总磷浓度的影响大。比较无前曝气时厌氧PHB最大积累量,前曝气时间为10、20和30 min的最大积累量分别增长了25.1%、57.1%和69.5%,说明增设前曝气运行方式有利于PHB的积累。  相似文献
