以模拟印染废水和实际印染废水为实验对象,检验了一种新合成有机-无机复合絮凝剂(PST)的絮凝效果。结果表明,PST具有良好的絮凝性能。在受试条件下,絮凝效果与絮凝剂投加量、染料浓度有较大相关性。废水的pH值应用范围较宽;搅拌时间对COD去除率和脱色率没有显著影响。采用PST处理广东省高明市某印染厂的印染废水后,COD去除率为75.16%,脱色率为76.18%,处理效果良好,处理成本明显低于目前市场上普遍使用的聚铝等絮凝剂。 相似文献

考察了高温条件下(70℃)牛粪堆肥、土壤、厌氧污泥、腐烂秸秆种接种物利用玉米秸秆水解液的产氢行为。结果表明:牛粪堆肥接种时达到最大的产气量(1355.7mL/L)和氢气产量(608.4mL/L),随后依次为腐烂秸秆、厌氧污泥和土壤。修改的Gompertz方程可以较好描述产氢量随时间变化趋势(R2>0.99)。牛粪堆肥接种时达到最大的产氢潜力(676.0mL/L),而土壤接种时的迟滞时间最小(9.8h)。DGGE图谱显示:不同接种物对应不同的微生物群落结构。Bacillus thermozeamaize,Enterobacter sp.JDM-19和Thermoanaerobacterium polysaccharolyticum strain,KMTHCJT和可能分别是牛粪堆肥,厌氧污泥和腐烂秸秆接种条件下的关键产氢微生物。 相似文献

以南京市城南河为研究对象,分别提取上中下游的水体样本,分析水质中的氮、磷、COD等水质指标,并利用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术(DGGE)分析了城南河不同位置的细菌多样性。结果表明:城南河水体中的平均总氮为30.06 mg/L,总磷为6.14 mg/L,COD为42.03 mg/L,均超过国家V类水质标准。结合外观,城南河属于严重污染的典型黑臭河流。DGGE分析的结果表明:城南河具有较高的细菌多样性,优势菌群主要是变形菌门和拟杆菌门2大类群,且不同取样点细菌种类差别不大。 相似文献

为了提高染料废水中COD和色度的去除效果,采用响应曲面法对聚硅酸类新型复合絮凝剂的制备工艺进行了优化实验研究。在单因素实验基础上采用Box-Behnken Design(BBD)实验设计方法,设计出了影响染料废水处理效果的3因素3水平共15组实验,其中n(Fe+Al):n(Si)的摩尔比为4~6,n(B+Mg):n(Si)的摩尔比为0.3~0.7,熟化时间为1~3 d。根据15组实验结果,以COD去除率和色度去除率为响应值分别建立了二次多项式响应曲面模型。模型优化结果显示,在n(Fe+Al):n(Si)摩尔比为5∶1,n(B+Mg):n(Si)为0.5∶1,熟化时间为2 d的条件下,制备得到的新型复合絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁硼镁具有最佳的絮凝处理性能和脱色效果,能有效去除染料废水中的COD和色度,其中出水色度接近于0,COD的去除率达到87.65%,模型验证实验进一步验证了本文所建立的响应曲面法在复合絮凝剂制备工艺优化中的有效性。 相似文献

Soil microbial populations can fluctuate in response to environmental changes and, therefore, are often used as biological
indicators of soil quality. Soil chemical and physical parameters can also be used as indicators because they can vary in
response to different management strategies. A long-term field trial was conducted to study the effects of different tillage
systems (NT: no tillage, DH: disc harrow, and MP: moldboard plough), P fertilization (diammonium phosphate), and cattle grazing
(in terms of crop residue consumption) in maize (Zea mays L.), sunflower (Heliantus annuus L.), and soybean (Glycine max L.) on soil biological, chemical, and physical parameters. The field trial was conducted for four crop years (2000/2001,
2001/2002, 2002/2003, and 2003/2004). Soil populations of Actinomycetes, Trichoderma spp., and Gliocladium spp. were 49% higher under conservation tillage systems, in soil amended with diammonium phosphate (DAP) and not previously
grazed. Management practices also influenced soil chemical parameters, especially organic matter content and total N, which
were 10% and 55% higher under NT than under MP. Aggregate stability was 61% higher in NT than in MP, 15% higher in P-fertilized
soil, and also 9% higher in not grazed strips, bulk density being 12% lower in NT systems compared with MP. DAP application
and the absence of grazing also reduced bulk density (3%). Using conservation tillage systems, fertilizing crops with DAP,

The impact of sewage sludge compost on tree peony growth and soil microbiological,and biochemical properties 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In order to assess the suitability of sludge compost application for tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa)–soil ecosystems, we determined soil microbial biomass C (Cmic), basal respiration (Rmic), enzyme activities, and tree peony growth parameters at 0–75% sludge compost amendment dosage. Soil Cmic, Rmic, Cmic as a percent of soil organic C, enzyme (invertase, urease, proteinase, phosphatase, polyphenoloxidase) activities, and plant height, flower diameter, and flower numbers per plant of tree peony significantly increased after sludge compost amendment; however, with the increasing sludge compost amendment dosage, a decreasing trend above 45% sludge compost amendment became apparent although soil organic C, total Kjeldahl N, and total P always increased with the sludge compost amendment. Soil metabolic quotient first showed a decreasing trend with the increasing sludge compost application in the range of 15–45%, and then an increasing trend from compost application of 45–75%, with the minimum found at compost application of 45%. As for the diseased plants, 50% of tree peony under the treatment without sludge compost amendment suffered from yellow leaf disease of tree peony, while no any disease was observed under the treatments with sludge compost application of 30–75%, which showed sludge compost application had significant suppressive effect on the yellow leaf disease of tree peony. This result convincingly demonstrated that ?45% sludge compost application dosage can take advantage of beneficial effect on tree peony growth and tree peony–soil ecosystems. 相似文献

The research was carried out in order to verify the influence that light, oxygen, and microbial activity have on the degradability of pyrimethanil (PYR) in soil. The products of degradation were also identified and their evolution in time evaluated. The results indicate that the molecule is more persistent in the absence of light, oxygen, and microbial activity. The order of importance of these three factors is as follows: light < microbial activity < oxygen. The following products of degradation were identified: (1) benzoic acid, (2) cis,cis-muconic acid, (3) hydroxyl-4,6-dimethyl-2-pirimidinamine, (4) N′-ethyl-N-hydroxyformamidine, and (5) 4,6-dimethyl-2-piridinamine, which appeared different from those reported in literature for the degradation of PYR in abiotic conditions. This result suggests that the degradation in soil is mainly biotic. 相似文献
