城市生活垃圾焚烧对大气的污染问题

本文对我国城市有机混合垃圾经模化后,在过剩空气系数α?2,温度在700～900℃条件下焚烧的气态排放物进行了定性和定量分析.实验结果表明:烟气呈碱性,主要污染物NH_2的排放浓度最高.HCl次之,NO_x<100ppm,SO_x<1ppm,H_2S<10ppm.     

Catalytic oxidation effect of MnSO4 on As(III) by air in alkaline solution

The catalytic oxidation effect of MnSO₄ on As(III) by air in an alkaline solution was investigated. According to the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis results of the product, it was shown that the introduction of MnSO₄ in the form of solution would generate Na_0.55Mn₂O₄·1.5H₂O with strong catalytic oxidation ability in the aerobic alkaline solution, whereas the catalytic effect of the other product MnOOH is not satisfactory. Under the optimal reaction conditions of temperature 90°C, As/Mn molar ratio 12.74:1, air flow rate 1.0 L/min, and stirring speed 300 r/min, As(III) can be completely oxidized after 2 hr reaction. The excellent catalytic oxidation ability of MnSO₄ on As(III) was mainly attributed to the indirect oxidation of As(III) by the product Na_0.55Mn₂O₄·1.5H₂O. This study shows a convenient and efficient process for the oxidation of As(III) in alkali solutions, which has potential application value for the pre-oxidation of arsenic-containing solution or the detoxification of As(III).     

洛阳石化环境质量管理系统的开发及应用

洛阳石化开发的环境质量管理系统，实现了对环保监测站化验分析数据的自动采集、污染源分析数据的汇总统计分析。统计报表的自动生成和打印。系统建立了以废水、废气重点污染源排放点的污染源自动监测系统，对污染源进行实时监控与分析；系统具备方便直观的数据发布功能和人员、设备、库房等事务管理功能。     

江西省主要城市空气质量预报研究

对建立江西省各主要城市的空气洁净指数及空气污染指数预报模式进行了探讨，并将试验期间预报结果和所属区域空气污染程度进行比较，结果表明，该模式用于各省各主要城市空气洁净指数及空气污染指数预报是可行的。     

在实践中不断提高安全预评价的质量

笔者结合建设项目劳动安全预评价的工作实践 ,分析了安全预评价中存在的主要问题 ,介绍了首都经贸大学劳动安全卫生评价中心在安全预评价工作中的有益探索和成功经验 ,提出了进一步提高安全预评价质量的建议 ,努力寻求一条使安全预评价质量持续改进、不断提高的有效途径。     

利用地理信息系统(GIS)开发多功能空管系统

在航空运输中 ,飞行安全最为重要 ,空管指挥是保证飞行安全的重要手段。地理信息系统 (GIS)能够将空间位置和性质属性结合在一起 ,非常适合空管指挥中直观性、安全性方面的需要。笔者在研究开发多功能空管系统的基础上 ,讨论了对地形、地物、航道、空管区、禁飞区等进行数字化的方法 ,提出了系统开发的主要技术 ,介绍了多功能空管系统的显示、控制、示警、辅助决策、智能纠错等功能 ,指出了空管系统的发展方向     

Evaluation of the california environmental quality act

The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) has evolved from a mini-NEPA, first enacted in 1970, into a procedural act that affects the approval process of all large developments in California. In 1990, California local governments produced over 1600 environmental impact reports and 30,000 initial studies under CEQA. Because of its widespread use, CEQA has periodically drawn the attention of the state legislature, most recently in 1993, when over 60 CEQA reform bills were introduced. This paper describes the CEQA process and evaluates its success at meeting its explicit and implicit goals. The research includes a statewide survey of CEQA practice, sent to the planning departments of all 513 local governments in California in 1991. Survey respondents agreed that CEQA helps in evaluating environmental impacts, reducing impacts, informing the public, and coordinating public agency review. It is effective in reducing the environmental impacts of individual projects, but is not as effective in improving environmental quality on an areawide scale. This research concludes that CEQA has led to positive outcomes and is not as deeply flawed as many of its critics claim. Still, CEQA as currently designed may not be the optimal vehicle for ensuring environmental quality.

周至国家级自然保护区综合评价体系研究

根据周至国家级自然保护区的实际情况，从3个准则、24个基层指标因子出发，运用定性和定量相结合的德尔菲法、模糊数学法以及层次分析相结合的综合方法进行评价。其中，运用对称贴近度进行各个指标因子排序比较；运用非对称贴近度评价出生态质量、有效管理质量、社会经济价值分别处于较好、较差、较好水平，同时得出周至自然保护区综合水平较好。
