钝顶螺旋藻处理氨氮废水的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
螺旋藻是一种营养丰富的新型保健食品,利用含氮废水为培养基,研究螺旋藻以NH4-N的处理效率,着重探讨利用生活污水培养螺旋藻的可行性,及其对生活污水的处理效果。研究证明,在NH4-N浓度小于40.0mg/L时,其对NH4-N的去除率最大,可达93%左右。在体积百分比生活污水为80%时,添加NaHCO38mg/L,对NH4-N的去除率达91.8%。同时对螺旋藻化学组分及含铁、锌、锰、铜、硒进行分析,生活污水培养螺旋藻,其所含有机物和氮源,可供螺旋藻生长繁殖,使废水资源化,并减少环境污染;藻粉可作为饲料添加剂,是使废水变为蛋白源的有效途径。  相似文献

A previously developed pore network model is used here to study the spontaneous and forced secondary imbibition of a NAPL-invaded sediment, as in the displacement of NAPL by waterflooding a mixed-wet soil. We use a 3D disordered pore network with a realistic representation of pore geometry and connectivity, and a quasi-static displacement model that fully describes the pore-scale physics. After primary drainage (NAPL displacing water) up to a maximum capillary pressure, we simulate secondary imbibition (water displacing NAPL). We conduct a parametric study of imbibition by varying systematically the controlling parameters: the advancing contact angles, the fraction of NAPL-wet pores, the interfacial tension, and the initial water saturation. Once the secondary imbibition is completed, the controlling displacement mechanisms, capillary pressures, relative permeabilities, and trapped NAPL saturations are reported. It is assumed that NAPL migrates into an initially strongly water-wet sediment, i.e., the receding contact angles are very small. However, depending on the surface mineralogy and chemical compositions of the immiscible fluid phases, the wettability of pore interiors is altered while the neighborhoods of pore corners remain strongly water-wet-resulting in a mixed-wet sediment. Here, we compare three different levels of wettability alteration: water-wet (advancing contact angles (20 degrees to 55 degrees), intermediate-wet (55 degrees to 120 degrees), and NAPL-wet (120 degrees to 155 degrees). The range of advancing contact angles and the fraction of NAPL-wet pores have dramatic effects on the NAPL-water capillary pressures and relative permeabilities. The spatially inhomogeneous interfacial tension has a minor impact on the trapped NAPL saturation and relative permeability to NAPL, and a slight effect on the relative permeability to water. The initial water saturation has a slight effect on the two-phase flow characteristics of water-wet sediments; however, with more NAPL-wet pores in the sediment, it starts to have a profound effect on the water and NAPL relative permeabilities.  相似文献

To evaluate the influences of O3, relative humidity (RH), and flow rate on the reaction between yellow sand and SO2, the SO2 deposition velocity and the oxidation state of sulfur were investigated by means of exposure experiments in a cylindrical flow reactor. Early in the reaction, the deposition velocity was not influenced by the RH or the presence of O3; as the reaction progressed, however, the deposition velocity increased in the presence of O3 and at high humidity. The oxidation of sulfur from S(IV) to S(VI) was also enhanced under these conditions. The amount of sulfur oxidation was positively correlated with the amount of deposited O3. Furthermore, the SO2 deposition velocity increased with increasing flow rate. However, changes in the flow rate had no noticeable effect on the amount of SO2 oxidation.  相似文献

We evaluated the effects of probabilistic (hereafter DESIGN) and non-probabilistic (PURPOSIVE) sample surveys on resultant classification tree models for predicting the presence of four lichen species in the Pacific Northwest, USA. Models derived from both survey forms were assessed using an independent data set (EVALUATION). Measures of accuracy as gauged by resubstitution rates were similar for each lichen species irrespective of the underlying sample survey form. Cross-validation estimates of prediction accuracies were lower than resubstitution accuracies for all species and both design types, and in all cases were closer to the true prediction accuracies based on the EVALUATION data set. We argue that greater emphasis should be placed on calculating and reporting cross-validation accuracy rates rather than simple resubstitution accuracy rates. Evaluation of the DESIGN and PURPOSIVE tree models on the EVALUATION data set shows significantly lower prediction accuracy for the PURPOSIVE tree models relative to the DESIGN models, indicating that non-probabilistic sample surveys may generate models with limited predictive capability. These differences were consistent across all four lichen species, with 11 of the 12 possible species and sample survey type comparisons having significantly lower accuracy rates. Some differences in accuracy were as large as 50%. The classification tree structures also differed considerably both among and within the modelled species, depending on the sample survey form. Overlap in the predictor variables selected by the DESIGN and PURPOSIVE tree models ranged from only 20% to 38%, indicating the classification trees fit the two evaluated survey forms on different sets of predictor variables. The magnitude of these differences in predictor variables throws doubt on ecological interpretation derived from prediction models based on non-probabilistic sample surveys.  相似文献

为提高我国地铁站事故疏散时间计算结果的准确性和可信度,通过对国内外事故疏散时间计算的方法、参数设置、结果可信度的对比分析,总结各种地铁站事故疏散时间计算方法的优缺点。结果表明:我国地铁站事故疏散时间的计算方法存在计算参数设置不合理,安全疏散判定标准和事故状态通行能力不明确,折减系数偏大等问题,同时也忽略了建筑特征、人员属性和火势蔓延对疏散过程的影响;而性能化事故疏散时间计算方法能够很好的解决上述问题。建议摒弃公式计算法,积极推行性能化事故疏散设计方法。  相似文献

总挥发性有机物(TVOC)是评价室内空气质量最重要的指标。为了提高TVOC检测的准确度,选取解吸气流量、热解吸温度、进样时间和热解吸时间四项因素设计正交实验,以热解吸率作为指标,对TVOC的热解吸过程进行了优化。并讨论在优化后参数的控制下,TVOC各组分的检测准确度。实验结果表明,优化的热解吸条件下各参数指标分别为解吸气流量40 mL/min、热解吸温度280℃、进样时间120 s、热解吸时间30 s。检测准确度的结果表明,在优化热解吸参数的控制下,各组分的回收率在90.3%~97.3%之间,满足TVOC的实际检测需求。  相似文献

Biomonitoring of industrial chemicals in human tissues and fluids has shown that all people carry a “body burden” of synthetic chemicals. Although measurement of an environmental chemical in a person's tissues/fluids is an indication of exposure, it does not necessarily mean the exposure concentration is sufficient to cause an adverse effect. Since humans are exposed to multiple chemicals, there may be a combination effect (e.g., additive, synergistic) associated with low-level exposures to multiple classes of contaminants, which may impact a variety of organ systems. The objective of this research is to link measures of body burden of environmental chemicals and a “holistic” measure of wellness. The approach is demonstrated using biomonitoring data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES). Forty-two chemicals were selected for analysis based on their detection levels. Six biological pathway-specific indices were evaluated using groups of chemicals associated with each pathway. Five of the six pathways were negatively associated with wellness. Three non-zero interaction terms were detected which may provide empirical evidence of crosstalk across pathways. The approach identified five of the 42 chemicals from a variety of classes (metals, pesticides, furans, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) as accounting for 71% of the weight linking body burden to wellness. Significant interactions were detected indicating the effect of smoking is exacerbated by body burden of environmental chemicals. Use of a holistic index on both sides of the exposure-health equation is a novel and promising empirical “systems biology” approach to risk evaluation of complex environmental exposures.  相似文献
