臭氧/活性炭/紫外光联用处理几种高浓度有机废水影响因素 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以对硝基苯甲酸废水、鸟嘌呤废水、乙醛废水和乙醇胺废水为例,对臭氧/活性炭氧化去除废水中有机物的效果进行了初步研究,考察了臭氧投加量、pH值和紫外光等因素对臭氧/活性炭催化氧化高浓度有机废水的影响,并在最优条件下,验证了该工艺作为高浓度有机废水预处理手段,在去除废水中COD和提高可生化性(BOD5/COD)等方面的综合效果.结果表明,活性炭作为催化剂与臭氧共同作用,对对硝基苯甲酸废水COD的去除率明显高于单独臭氧氧化和活性炭吸附;臭氧/活性炭氧化对乙醛废水和乙醇胺废水这类短链类有机物降解作用不大,但对硝基苯甲酸废水、鸟嘌呤废水这些含有苯环类、长链类的有机物,去除效率较高;在中性偏碱时,pH的提高有利于COD的去除,但过高pH对COD的降解效果反而有所减弱,pH=9.0是比较合适的;在紫外光催化的条件下,采用臭氧/活性炭氧化工艺处理对硝基苯甲酸废水,COD去除率可达到52%,废水的生化性(BOD5/COD)由原来的0.10提高到0.32,大大提高了废水的可生化性. 相似文献

研究表明,燃料燃烧过程中不同的SO2/SO3转化率对选择性催化还原( Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)烟气脱硝的最低运行温度影响大,温度变化幅度为10~15℃。对燃烧高硫煤锅炉的SCR烟气脱硝,应控制更低的SO2/SO3转化率;对燃烧低硫煤锅炉的SCR烟气脱硝,通过适当提高SO2/SO3转化率,最大催化剂用量可减少一半、烟气阻力降低一半,可大幅降低SCR烟气脱硝建设成本和运行成本。 相似文献

前期研究开发出了活性、稳定性和抗积碳性能都较好的沼气重整制氢Ni-Co/La2O3-Al2O3催化剂。在此基础上选用商业球形氧化铝作为载体(4~5 mm)并掺杂La2O3,用浸渍法制备了Ni-Co/La2O3-Al2O3球形催化剂,以CH4/CO2体积比为1的混合气模拟沼气,考察了操作条件对工业尺度催化剂沼气重整反应性能的影响。结果表明:负载活性组分的γ-Al2O3球形催化剂的沼气重整活性基本达到小试的水平。反应温度升高有利于提高催化剂的重整活性,850℃以上催化剂的活性趋于稳定。反应温度升高有利于减少催化剂的表面积碳,却加速了金属颗粒的团聚。随着空速的增加,催化剂的活性显著降低。较好的催化剂还原方式为用纯H2在700℃下还原2 h,用该方式还原的催化剂反应后金属粒径较小,平均积碳速率较低。 相似文献

Cap and trade programs have considerable heterogeneity in permit validity and compliance timing. For example, permits have different validities across time (e.g., banking, borrowing, and seasons) and space (e.g., zonal restrictions), and compliance timing can be annual, in overlapping cycles, or in multi-year periods. We discuss nine prominent cap and trade programs along these dimensions and construct a general model of permit validity and compliance timing. We derive sufficient conditions under which abatement is invariant to compliance timing, i.e., compliance timing cannot smooth abatement cost shocks. Under these conditions, (i) expected compliance costs are invariant, (ii) the variance of compliance costs increases with the delayed compliance, (iii) equilibrium prices may not be unique, and (iv) the delayed compliance equilibrium may rely on “degenerate” prices not determined by marginal abatement costs. In one of the signatory countries, Sweden, regulatory authorities have concluded that new measures will be needed to meet national reduction targets. This article evaluates the effect of one possible new measure for reducing nitrogen loads, introducing mandatory discharge permits for crop cultivation as one component of a proposed discharge permit system. Using the framework of the proposed system, expected net load reductions and permit prices are calculated for three crop permit scenarios in a catchment in Southern Sweden. In addition, gross leaching is calculated for a larger region to study the potential for reducing net loads. Efficient environmental management calls for the consideration of multiple pollutants, for which two main types of transferable discharge permit (TDP) program have been described: separate permits that manage each pollutant individually in separate markets, with each permit based on the quantity of the pollutant or its environmental effects, and weighted-sum permits that aggregate several pollutants as a single commodity to be traded in a single market. In this paper, we perform a mathematical analysis of TDP programs for multiple pollutants that jointly affect the environment (i.e., interactive pollutants) and demonstrate the practicality of this approach for cost-efficient maintenance of river water quality. For interactive pollutants, the relative weighting factors are functions of the water quality impacts, marginal damage function, and marginal treatment costs at optimality. We derive the optimal set of weighting factors required by this approach for important scenarios for multiple interactive pollutants and propose using an analytical elasticity of substitution function to estimate damage functions for these scenarios. We evaluate the applicability of this approach using a hypothetical example that considers two interactive pollutants. We compare the weighted-sum permit approach for interactive pollutants with individual permit systems and TDP programs for multiple additive pollutants. We conclude by discussing practical considerations and implementation issues that result from the application of weighted-sum permit programs. 相似文献
