近年来,微生物胞外聚合物(EPS)在吸附重金属方面的潜能引起了人们的广泛关注,但关于重金属对微生物及其EPS特性的影响鲜有报道.Bacillus vallismortis对锌铜矿捕收剂苯胺黑药具有良好的降解能力.为了解重金属对菌株的胁迫影响,探讨二者之间的相互作用,研究了Zn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)胁迫对菌株EPS产量、组分变化特征及其吸附性能的影响.结果表明,在Zn(Ⅱ)胁迫下,菌株培养至稳定期产生的EPS最多,当Zn(Ⅱ)为12 mg·L~(-1)时EPS产量翻倍,达到100.84 mg·g~(-1)(以VSS计),Zn(Ⅱ)能刺激菌株产生更多富含—COOH和—OH的胞外多糖;菌株在Cu(Ⅱ)胁迫下需培养至对数期产生的EPS最多,在Cu(Ⅱ)为6 mg·L~(-1)情况下EPS产量最高为60.65 mg·g-1(以VSS计),Cu(Ⅱ)的胁迫作用提高了菌株EPS中富含N—H和C—N的蛋白质含量;吸附实验结果表明,2种金属能通过胁迫菌株产生特异性EPS,为金属离子提供大量适用性结合点位,显著提高对重金属的去除能力.研究结果对应用生物法处理同时含有重金属和有机物的复合型选矿废水具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献

为评估农药对寄生类自然天敌昆虫的安全性,选择管氏肿腿蜂(Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu)作为受试生物,采用管测药膜法测定了3种杀虫剂、2种除草剂、2种杀菌剂对其致死效应,并根据田间推荐剂量计算暴露量,采用风险商值HQ对杀虫剂进行风险评估。结果显示,与空白对照比较,3种杀虫剂均具明显毒性作用,其中丁硫克百威、吡虫啉和呋虫胺对管氏肿腿蜂的24 h半致死量(24 h-LR50)分别为5.11、2.92和0.06 g a.i.·ha-1,农田内风险商值分别为60.23、16.64和3 105。除草剂和杀菌剂在3倍最大田间推荐剂量作用下,24 h管氏肿腿蜂死亡率均小于50%。上述结果表明,在田间推荐用量下,3种杀虫剂对管氏肿腿蜂的初级风险评价为存在高风险,建议进一步开展高级阶段风险评估或者采取合理的风险管理措施来降低风险;除草剂和杀菌剂对管氏肿腿蜂的风险可接受。 相似文献

为确定两阶段厌氧发酵系统合理的污泥回流时段,对厌氧发酵系统排出沼液产甲烷活性进行了研究。通过对这些沼液在后储罐放置的不同天数(0~5 d)测定其不同的活性,用间歇实验方法测定最大比产甲烷活性(Um ax.CH4)作为厌氧污泥的产甲烷活性指标。结果表明,排出的沼液产甲烷活性在不同的时间段有所不同,经实验得出沼液放置第2 d时的产甲烷活性最高,从而确定该两阶段厌氧发酵系统排出污泥合理的回流时段应该是沼液进入后储罐的第2 d。进而为在线活性污泥与后储罐最佳活性时段污泥混合的污泥回流工艺提供理论依据。 相似文献

有色金属冶炼是土壤严重污染的主要原因之一,对土壤生态及人体健康产生了潜在的不利影响。为研究我国各冶炼场地土壤重金属污染现状,通过查阅国内外相关文献(2001—2021),收集国内各个地区冶炼场地的最新污染数据,运用内梅罗综合污染指数,地质累积指数法及人体健康风险评价,对我国冶炼厂土壤重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg、As、Ni)的污染现状进行了综合评价。结果表明:除Cr外,冶炼厂周边土壤中其余重金属的总平均浓度均超过相应的风险筛选值,其中Cd和Pb的超标倍数为109.29、20.43,严重超标且污染严重地区主要分布在福建、广西、贵州、湖南等省区。健康风险评价结果表明:Pb与As均对儿童具有较高的致癌和非致癌风险,且南方大部分地区和辽宁省的健康风险高于北部和西北部,应当引起重视。 相似文献

The concentrations of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined by gas chromatography equipped with a mass spectrometry detector in 105 topsoil samples from an industrial area around Bohai Bay, Tianjin in the North of China. Results demonstrated that concentrations of PAHs in 104 soil samples from this area ranged from 68.7 to 5,590 ng g???1 dry weight with a mean of ∑16PAHs 814 ± 813 ng g???1, which suggests that there exists mid to high levels of PAH contamination. The concentration of ∑16PAHs in one soil sample from Tianjin Port was exceptionally high (48,700 ng g???1). Ninety-three of the 105 soil samples were considered to be contaminated with PAHs (>200 ng g???1), and 25 were heavily polluted (>1,000 ng g???1). The sites with high PAHs concentration are mainly distributed around chemical industry parks and near highways. Two low molecular weight PAHs, naphthalene and phenanthrene, were the dominant components in the soil samples, which accounted for 22.1% and 10.7% of the ∑16PAHs concentration, respectively. According to the observed molecular indices, house heating in winter, straw stalk combustion in open areas after harvest, and petroleum input were common sources of PAHs in this area, while factory discharge and vehicle exhaust were the major sources around chemical industrial parks and near highways. Multivariate Analysis of Interactions Between Phytoplankton Biomass and Environmental Variables in Taihu Lake, China 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Phytoplankton variation in large shallow eutrophic lakes is characterized by high spatial and temporal heterogenity. Understanding
the pattern of phytoplankton variation and the relationships between it and environmental variables can contribute to eutrophic
lakes management. In this study Taihu Lake, one of the largest eutrophic fresh water lake in China, was taken as study area.
The water body of Taihu Lake was divided into five regions viz. Wuli bay (WB), Meilian Bay (MB), West Taihu Lake (WTL), Main
Body of Taihu Lake (MBTL) and East Taihu Lake (ETL). Concentrations of chlorophyll-a and the related environmental variables
were determined in each region in the period 2000–2003. Factor analysis and multivariate analysis were applied to evaluate
the interactions between phytoplankton variation and environmental variables. Results showed that the highest average concentrations
of TN, TP and Chl-a were observed in WB, followed in a descending order by MB and WTL, and the lowest concentrations of TN,
TP and Chl-a were observed in MBTL and ETL. Chl-a and TP concentrations in most regions (except ETL) declined during the study
period. It suggested that to some extent the lake was recovering from eutrophication. However, persistent ascending of TN
and NH4–N in all five regions indicated the deteriorating of water quality in the study period. Results of multivariate showed that
the relationships between phytoplankton biomass and environmental variables varied among regions. TP illustrated itself a
controlling role on phytoplankton in WB, MB, WTL and MBTL according to the significant positive relations to phytoplankton
biomass in these regions. Nitrogen could be identified as a limiting factor to phytoplankton biomass in ETL in view of the
positive correlations between TN and phytoplankton and between NH4–N and phytoplankton. Spatial variation of interactions between phytoplankton and environmental parameters suggested proper
eutrophication control measures were needed to restore ecological system in each region of Taihu Lake. 相似文献

采用H_2O_2/Fe(Ⅲ)/柠檬酸类Fenton体系和CaO_2/Fe(Ⅲ)/柠檬酸类Fenton体系修复土壤石油污染,考察了氧化剂种类、氧化剂投加量、 Fe(Ⅲ)浓度和柠檬酸浓度对柴油降解效果的影响,并进一步研究比较了CaO_2/Fe(Ⅲ)/柠檬酸和H_2O_2/Fe(Ⅲ)/柠檬酸2种修复方式对土壤原著微生物群落变化及豌豆植株生长所带来的生态毒性效应。单因素实验结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,CaO_2类Fenton降解柴油效果优于H_2O_2类Fenton降解效果;柴油降解率随着氧化剂投加量、Fe(Ⅲ)和柠檬酸浓度的增大呈现先增后降的趋势。当CaO_2浓度为166.67 mmol·L~(-1)、Fe(Ⅲ)浓度为27.78 mmol·L~(-1)、柠檬酸浓度为27.78 mmol·L~(-1)时,反应24 h后,土壤中柴油降解率达到44.14%。生态毒性实验表明:CaO_2类Fenton处理后土壤微生物群落的丰富度和多样性指数均有所提高,H_2O_2类Fenton处理后均有所降低,2种处理方式均在不同程度上改变了土壤微生物群落的优势菌门构成;CaO_2及H_2O_2类Fenton处理均抑制了豌豆植株的生长,发芽率、植株干重、株高、叶绿素含量等测试指标均下降,其中H_2O_2类Fenton处理的抑制效果更为明显。进一步分析可知,CaO_2类Fenton处理技术比H_2O_2类Fenton处理技术更适用于石油污染土壤修复。 相似文献
