Enzymes play essential roles in the biological processes of sludge treatment. In this article, the ultrasound method to extract enzymes from sludge flocs was presented. Results showed that using ultrasound method at 20 kHz could extract more types of enzymes than that ultrasound at 40 kHz and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) methods. The optimum parameters of ultrasound extraction at 20 kHz were duration of 10 min and power of 480 W. Under the condition, ultrasound could break the cells and extract both the extracellular and intercellular enzymes. Ultrasound power was apparently more susceptive to enzyme extraction than duration, suggesting that the control of power during ultrasound extraction was more important than that of duration. The Pearson correlation analysis between enzyme activities and cation contents revealed that the different types of enzymes had distinct cation binding characteristics.  相似文献

A bacterial strain that utilized o-chloronitrobenzene(o-CNB) as the sole carbon,nitrogen and energy sources was isolated from an activated sludge collected from an industrial waste treatment plant. The mixture of five yeast strains obtained from soil could remove about 85% TOC of oil-rich wastewater in batch test.While the highest MLSS was obtained at an N:C of 1:5,the oil removal decreased with the increase of N:C during yeast sludge cultivation.Ammonium chloride was the best nitrogen source for yeast cultivation from the viewpoint of yeast growth and oil utilizxation.An ammonia concentration of over 1300 mg/L led to mass death of yeast at a pH of 5.The ammonia concentration should be controlled at a level of 1000 mg/L or lower.  相似文献

The electrokinetic removal of chromium and copper from contaminated soils by adding lactic acid in cathode chamber as an enhancing reagent was evaluated. Two sets of duplicate experiments with chromium contaminated kaolinite and with a silty soil sampled from a supeffund site in Califomia of USA and polluted by Cr and Cu, were carried out in a constant current mode. Changes of soil water content and soil pH before and after the electrokinetic experiments, and variations of voltage drop and electroosmosis flow during the treatments were examined. The results indicated that Cr, spiked as Cr(Ⅵ) in the kaolinite, was accumulated mainly in the anode chamber, and some of Cr and metal hydroxides precipitated in the soil sections in contact with the cathode, which significantly increased electrical energy consumption. Treatment of the soil collected from the site showed accumulation of large amounts of Cr and Cu in the anode chamber while none was detected in the cathode one. The results suggested that the two metals either complexed with the injected lactic acid at the cathode or existed as negatively charged complex, and electromigrated toward the anode under a voltage gradient.  相似文献

从硫酸厂废水淤泥中分离筛选出了一株 SRB,其菌体形态呈弧状或细杆状 ,成熟细胞大小 0 .4~ 0 .6× 3 .0~ 5 .0μm,摇摆式运动 ,单极生鞭毛 ,芽孢染色阴性 ,革兰氏染色阴性 ;最适生长 p H6.0~ 6,5 ;适量氧气不会影响细菌生长 ,菌体内含过氧化氢酶。本文还探讨了该类细菌的分离培养方法 ,考察了分离菌部分生理生化特征及对硫酸盐还原能力 ,优化了培养基配方 ,并初步鉴定分离菌为脱硫弧菌  相似文献

谷昌坝水库对松华坝水库起前置库作用,可拦截入库泥沙的92.4%,入库总氮的39.2%和入库总磷的83.5%。以每年疏浚清淤10万方计,除清走当年新入库泥沙和部分沉积泥沙外,还可清除颗粒态氮126吨和颗粒态磷144吨,对保护松华坝水库水质起到重要作用 。  相似文献
