This study describes some key ergonomic factors within the engine room, navigation bridge and other locations of a merchant ship. Ergonomic assessments were carried out on a crew of a merchant ship. The study examines the importance of factors such as noise, vibration, heat radiation (in machinery areas), psychological stress and ergonomics of the physical arrangement of the navigation bridge. It also addresses the effect of working in confined areas for a long duration and the need to process large amounts of data, decision-making and the influence of specific operating conditions in different areas of a ship. This study includes analysis of workstations, working methods and the burden of environmental factors as well as a discussion of specific marine environmental conditions such as confined working and leisure spaces, long-term family and sociocultural separation, frequent changes in climate and time zones, and temporary physical overload and long-term psychological burdens. 相似文献

In this study, balanites Aegyptiaca (L.) Del biodiesel was blended in proportions of 10% and 20% on the volume basis with diesel fuel and tested in a single cylinder, VCR diesel engine under measured load conditions with varied EGR rates (0, 10 and 20%). The results showed that B10 and B20 blends shown a significant reduction rate in terms of NOx emissions that were familiar with biodiesel blends. At peak load conditions, BTE increased slightly for test fuel blends compared with pure diesel fuel while the BSFC rate and EGT suffered from increasing and decreasing nature with respect to blending percentage. From the emissions point of view, with the increase in blends percentage, a significant reduction rate is observed in terms of CO and HC concentrations (up to 12.34 and 17.5%, respectively) while NOx emissions decreased at peak load conditions (up to 24.34%). HC and CO emissions decreased with increase in blends percentage. However, lower levels of NOx and EGT (up to 21.37 and 8.47%, respectively) and the average increase in terms of BTE and BSFC (up to 2.83 and 2.9%, respectively) can be realised with B20 test fuel blend under 20% EGR rate. 相似文献

HAZOP是分析系统可靠性的一种有效方法,在石油、化工工业中得到了广泛应用。但人工HAZOP分析存在费时、费力、成本高等缺点,而计算机辅助SDG-HAZOP分析的提出有效地改善了人工分析的弊端,然而传统的计算机辅助SDG-HAZOP是纯定性的分析与推理,分析的结果往往过于冗繁。本文介绍了一种改进的基于状态向量推理的计算机辅助SDG-HAZOP分析方法,该方法基于SDG定性模型,构造了一个计算机自动推理引擎,并引入了状态向量的概念,通过正向反向推理,快速高效地发掘出偏差产生的后果和原因。通过应用实践表明,与人工HAZOP分析法和现有SDG-HAZOP分析方法相比,该方法具有完备性好、评价结果系统性和条理性强等优点。 相似文献

This study investigated the emission characteristics of ultrafine particles based on test bench and on-board measurements. The bench test results showed the ultrafine particle number concentration of the diesel engine to be in the range of (0.56-8.35) × 108 cm-3. The on-board measurement results illustrated that the ultrafine particles were strongly correlated with changes in real-world driving cycles. The particle number concentration was down to 2.0 × 106 cm-3 and 2.7 × 107 cm-3 under decelerating and idling operations and as high as 5.0 × 108 cm-3 under accelerating operation. It was also indicated that the particle number measured by the two methods increased with the growth of engine load at each engine speed in both cases. The particle number presented a "U" shaped distribution with changing speed at high engine load conditions, which implies that the particle number will reach its lowest level at medium engine speeds. The particle sizes of both measurements showed single mode distributions. The peak of particle size was located at about 50-80 nm in the accumulation mode particle range. Nucleation mode particles will significantly increase at low engine load operations like idling and decelerating caused by the high concentration of unburned organic compounds. 相似文献

在一台整车试验满足国III排放法规要求的多点电喷汽油机上,采用甲醇掺入汽油的混合燃料(甲醇的体积分数分别为0%、15%和50%)进行台架试验,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)在线检测了常规车用三效催化转化器前后的常规和非常规排放.研究结果表明:怠速工况下,掺醇燃料对NOx排放基本没有影响,但CO和HC随掺醇比增加而普遍降低,非常规排放中乙醛排放有所降低,甲醇和甲醛则随掺醇比的增加有较大幅度升高,热怠速时经催化后掺醇燃料对各种排放均无影响,可被控制在极低的水平;其它工况下,随掺醇比增加,CO和HC减少,NOx在高掺醇比下低速低负荷和高速高负荷时有较为明显的改善,非常规排放甲醛和甲醇排放随掺醇比增大而急剧增加,乙醛排放则随之减少.经三效催化转化器作用,无论常规排放NOx、CO和HC,还是非常规排放甲醛、甲醇和乙醛基本上能够实现零排放. 相似文献

汽油车非常规污染物排放特性研究 总被引:10,自引:3,他引:7
选择3种不同排量的典型汽油车,基于国Ⅲ标准的轻型车排放测试循环,用SKC采样泵和2, 4-DNPH、Tenax TA采样管采集尾气中的非常规污染物,利用高效液相色谱仪和热脱附气相色谱质谱联用仪分析汽油车排放中醛酮类化合物和挥发性有机物的组成及含量,同时利用电子低压冲击仪研究了其颗粒物排放的粒径和质量浓度分布特征.结果表明,不同汽油车之间非常规污染物的比排放值有较大差异,3辆汽油车总醛酮比排放量分别为36.44、 16.71、 10.43 mg/km,TVOC分别为155.39、 103.75、 42.29 mg/km.排放的醛酮化合物中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛、丙酮和环己酮的检出含量较高,占总醛酮量的77.9%~89.7%,且绝大部分为有毒有害物质;废气中挥发性有机物绝大部分为芳香烃和烷烃,分别占总数的31.6%~39.2%和23.1%~27.9%,其中又以芳香烃类化合物甲苯、二甲苯和苯的检出含量最高,平均占TVOC的16.68%、 16.87%和5.23%;其颗粒物排放以超细颗粒物(<100nm)为主,高速工况下排放的颗粒物明显多于低速和中速工况. 相似文献

为研究七氟丙烷对汽油蒸气爆炸抑制作用,搭建含弱约束端面直角管道汽油蒸气爆炸抑制实验系统,开展汽油蒸气爆炸实验研究,并与喷入七氟丙烷抑爆介质进行对比,分析爆炸超压值、火焰强度值和火焰传播速度等爆炸特性参数变化情况。结果表明:在1.3%,1.5%和1.7%汽油蒸气体积分数下,不加抑爆介质时,爆炸超压值、火焰强度和火焰传播速度随着汽油蒸气体积分数的升高而增大;将七氟丙烷作为抑爆介质喷入时,爆炸超压峰值分别下降91.06%,34.57%和50.92%,火焰强度降幅达到99.83%,火焰传播速度几乎降为0,火焰持续时间随之缩短几乎为0,七氟丙烷具有良好的阻隔防爆效果。 相似文献
