介绍了HBCOD-1型COD在线自动监测仪的测定原理、分析流程和性能特点。仪器采用重铬酸钾氧化水中有机物和还原性无机物,通过分光光度法测定水中化学耗氧量(COD值)。与国标方法进行线性回归校正后,仪器测定值与国标方法测得的CODCr,值具有较好的一致性。  相似文献

采用简便的沉淀法制备的纳米氧化锌为光催化荆,重铬酸钾为光生电子接受体,研究了纳米氧化锌-重铬酸钾体系测定COD的方法.COD值在1~100mg/L之间有良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.0007χ 0.0069,相关系数为r=0.9992,检测限为0.66mg,L.采用本方法和CODM.国标法对不同水体样品进行比较测定发现,对低COD值样品本方法加标回收率在96.3%~100.6%之间,变异系数Cv%=1.1~3.4,准确度和精密度均优于CODMn国标法,弥补了低COD值样品国标法(CODmn)测定不准确的不足,且单个样品测定时间短,具有推广应用价值.  相似文献

氯气校正法(HJ/T70-2001)是测定高氯废水化学需氧量的国标方法,为了减少样品测定过程带来的环境污染,研究在不改变HJ/T70-2001氧化体系及测试条件的情况下,将取样体积由20 mL减半为10 mL,试剂的使用量相应减半,对方法的检出限、相对误差、相对标准偏差等指标进行验证。结果表明,该方法的检出限符合要求,准确度较高,精密度较好,可用于高氯废水化学需氧量的测定。  相似文献

Earthworms’ body works as a ‘biofilter’ and they have been found to remove the 5 days’ BOD (BOD5) by over 90%, COD by 80–90%, total dissolved solids (TDS) by 90–92%, and the total suspended solids (TSS) by 90–95% from wastewater by the general mechanism of ‘ingestion’ and biodegradation of organic wastes, heavy metals, and solids from wastewater and also by their ‘absorption’ through body walls. Earthworms increase the hydraulic conductivity and natural aeration by granulating the clay particles. They also grind the silt and sand particles, increasing the total specific surface area, which enhances the ability to ‘adsorb’ the organics and inorganic from the wastewater. Intensification of soil processes and aeration by the earthworms enable the soil stabilization and filtration system to become effective and smaller in size. Suspended solids are trapped on top of the vermifilter and processed by earthworms and fed to the soil microbes immobilized in the vermifilter. There is no sludge formation in the process which requires additional expenditure on landfill disposal. This is also an odor-free process and the resulting vermifiltered water is clean and disinfected enough to be reused for farm irrigation and in parks and gardens G. INTRODUCTION: Current leather processing method involves dehairing and fibre opening employing lime and sulphide, which results in higher negative impact on the environment due to its uncleanness. This method of dehairing and fibre-opening process accounts for nearly 70-80% biochemical oxygen demand and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in tannery wastewater and also the generation of H(2)S gas. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Hence, an attempt has been made to reduce the environmental impact of the leather processing through a biochemical approach, employing proteolytic enzyme and sodium metasilicate for performing the above process more cleanly. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The developed process exhibits significant reduction in environmental parametres such as COD and total solid loads by 55% and 25%, respectively. This method completely avoids the formation of lime sludge. CONCLUSION: The functional properties of the leathers are also on par with conventionally processed leathers. 随着社会和经济的快速发展,环境污染事故尤其是突发性水污染事故,不仅在发生次数上,而且在污染的危害程度上有增大趋势。应急监测是突发性环境污染事故处置与善后处理中的重要环节。用真空检测管-电子比色法测定水和废水中的化学需氧量,实验结果表明,该方法的准确度和精密度较高。方法最低检出限为10 mg/L,回收率为89.0%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~12.3%,相对误差为-2.38%~+8.80%。用重铬酸盐法和真空检测管法测定实际样品,2种方法相对误差为-34.7%~+6.86%,能满足半定量检测要求,符合环境应急监测分析的要求。  相似文献

The degradation of the herbicide imazapyr has been carried out by three advanced oxidation processes involving iron ions as catalysts: Fentons reagent, photo-Fenton and electro-Fenton. We show that all processes are rapid and efficient. The kinetic rate constant was found to be k=5.4×109 M–1 s–1. The mineralization of imazapyr is almost complete using the photo-Fenton and electro-Fenton processes.  相似文献

● Data acquisition and pre-processing for wastewater treatment were summarized. ● A PSO-SVR model for predicting CODeff in wastewater was proposed. ● The CODeff prediction performances of the three models in the paper were compared. ● The CODeff prediction effects of different models in other studies were discussed. The mining-beneficiation wastewater treatment is highly complex and nonlinear. Various factors like influent quality, flow rate, pH and chemical dose, tend to restrict the effluent effectiveness of mining-beneficiation wastewater treatment. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is a crucial indicator to measure the quality of mining-beneficiation wastewater. Predicting COD concentration accurately of mining-beneficiation wastewater after treatment is essential for achieving stable and compliant discharge. This reduces environmental risk and significantly improves the discharge quality of wastewater. This paper presents a novel AI algorithm PSO-SVR, to predict water quality. Hyperparameter optimization of our proposed model PSO-SVR, uses particle swarm optimization to improve support vector regression for COD prediction. The generalization capacity tested on out-of-distribution (OOD) data for our PSO-SVR model is strong, with the following performance metrics of root means square error (RMSE) is 1.51, mean absolute error (MAE) is 1.26, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.85. We compare the performance of PSO-SVR model with back propagation neural network (BPNN) and radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and shows it edges over in terms of the performance metrics of RMSE, MAE and R2, and is the best model for COD prediction of mining-beneficiation wastewater. This is because of the less overfitting tendency of PSO-SVR compared with neural network architectures. Our proposed PSO-SVR model is optimum for the prediction of COD in copper-molybdenum mining-beneficiation wastewater treatment. In addition, PSO-SVR can be used to predict COD on a wide variety of wastewater through the process of transfer learning.  相似文献
