采用顶空固相微萃取(HS -SPME)技术萃取水中6种氯苯类化合物,全面分析对目标物萃取效率的影响因素,并确定萃取试验的最佳条件。用顶空固相微萃取联合气相色谱法(HS -SPME -GC)测定水中6种氯苯类化合物,方法在0.500 ng/L~2.00×10^5 ng/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.05 ng/L ~2000 ng/L,空白样品加标回收率为69.8%~121%, RSD为4.8%~18.3%。用该方法测定实际水样,平行双样的相对偏差低于20%。  相似文献

通过比对6种吸附剂对氯苯类化合物的吸附性能,同时考察不同废气温度、湿度条件下活性炭对氯苯类化合物的吸附-解吸性能,表明活性炭对氯苯类化合物的吸附性能及在二硫化碳介质中的解吸效能与标准规定的GDX系列无显著性差异。将活性炭管吸附采样用于监测某化工企业厂界无组织排放废气中的氯苯类化合物,结果 1,4-二氯苯和1,2,4,5-四氯苯检出。  相似文献

建立了一种液-液小体积萃取GC-MS快速测定地表水中氯苯类化合物的分析方法。该方法具有操作简单快速、适用性广和试剂用量很少等特点。当萃取试剂用量为2ml时(约为一般常规液-液萃取用量的数十分之一),萃取富集效率可达300~500倍,回收率为93%~98%,相对标准偏差为4%~8%,检出限为0.1~0.3μg/L。  相似文献

使用热脱附解析气相色谱法测定7种氯苯类化合物。研究表明该方法在0.005~1.0mg/m3浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,氯苯化合物回收率为95.2%~1 07%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~3.3%,检出限为0.005 m g/m3均能较好地满足实验室分析要求,且样品在热脱附管内保存期可达7d。  相似文献

建立了吹扫捕集-大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定饮用水和地表水中5种挥发性卤代烃和4种氯苯类污染物的方法,可不经有机溶剂萃取和浓缩,减少了沾污和损失,具有灵敏度高,受干扰因素少,定量准确,操作简便等特点。进样量为5mL时,检测限可达ng/L级,适合饮用水及地表水中低含量卤代烃和氯苯类污染物的测定。  相似文献

建立了吹扫捕集法浓缩样品中的氯苯类化合物,气相色谱一质谱法测定生活饮用水中12种氧苯类的方法。经色谱分离后用质谱检测器测定,外标法定量。利用中等极性毛细管柱(DB624,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)程序升温。达到12种氯苯的分离效果。该方法的检出限范围为0.031~0.78μg/L,标准曲线相关系数为0.997~0.999,相对标准偏差为3%~11%,实际水样加标回收率为75%~107%。本文建立的方法简单,重现性好、检出限低,适用于水中氧代苯类化合物的测定。  相似文献

采用固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(SPE-GC-MS)同时测定水中26种有机氯农药和8种氯苯类化合物,通过选择合适的SPE小柱、优化固相萃取和仪器检测的条件,使该方法在0.050 0 mg/L~1.00 mg/L范围内线性良好。各目标物的方法检出限为0.021μg/L~0.069μg/L,空白水样的加标回收率为36.6%~133%,RSD为0.5%~12.4%。  相似文献

针对地表水特定项目有机物中硝基苯类和氯苯类的测定,采用固相微萃取(SPME)前处理技术,用毛细管色谱柱进行色谱分离,用ECD检测器进行测定。SPME富集效率达118~1352倍,检出限为0.00004~0.05μg/L,方法的线性相关系数为0.9963~0.9999,RSD为2.0%~11.0%,加标回收率为87.0%~108%,所有技术参数均可满足地表水环境质量标准。该方法简单、快捷、无污染且省时省力,具有较好的推广性。  相似文献

Forty sediments were analyzed for chlorobenzenes (CBs) and hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) to investigate their pollution topography along the Kaohsiung coast, Taiwan. Maximum CB concentrations found, varied from 15.4 ng/g dw for 1,2,3-TCB to 56.8 ng/g dw for 1,2,4-TCB, while higher HCBD concentrations were detected among north-bound stations (around the exit of the Tsoying outfall pipe) and its concentration decreases from north to south. Compared to a previous survey executed a year before, there is no statistically significant difference in CB and HCBD congeners between these two surveys (p = 0.68–0.87, two-tailed paired t-test). The spatial distribution of toxic index reveals that biological effects might occur near Tsoying and Dalinpu outfall pipe outlets which dispose of petro-chemical wastewater. Evidence found in this study also shows distinct CB patterns from the two nearby sources, the Dalinpu outfall pipe outlet and the Kaoping estuary. Principal component analysis shows that four principal components conducting CBs and HCBD distribution were extracted. Both the first two components (accounted for 58.8% of the total variance), comprised all of the CBs except HCB (DCBs to PeCB), were found not capable of differentiating any distinct pollution source. On the other hand, HCBD and HCB were extracted as third and fourth components, respectively, pointing out their distinct sources in this area.  相似文献

Many environmental chemicals and pesticides have been found to alter neuroendocrine communication in exposed biological objects. The environmental loads have primary and secondary effects that can alter the homeostatic regulation potential. Since it is difficult to avoid human exposition, a potentially important area of research to develop in vivo and in vitro experimental models. In this context, the primary aim of this study was to demonstrate the effects of chlorobenzenes on adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) release. In our experimental study, male Wistar rats were exposed to 0.1, 1.0 and 10 μg/b.w. (body weight) kg of 1,2,4- trichlorobenzene and hexachlorobenzene (ClB) mix via gastric tube for 30, 60 or 90 days. At the endpoints of the experiment blood samples were taken and animals were decapitated. Primary, monolayer adenohypophysis cell cultures were prepared by enzymatic and mechanical digestion. The ACTH hormone content in serum and supernatant media was measured by immuno-chemiluminescence assay. The Mg2 +-dependent ATPase activity was determined by modified method of Martin and Dotty. Significant differences were detected in the hormone release between the control and treated groups. The hormone release was enhanced characteristically in exposed groups depending upon the dose and duration of exposure. The Mg2 +-ATPase activity enhanced after chronic and subtoxic ClB exposition. Light microscopy revealed that the adenohypophysis seemed to be more abundant. Results indicate that Wistar rats exposed to subtoxic ClB have direct and indirect effects on hypothalamus–hypophysis–adrenal axis.  相似文献
