从厌氧颗粒污泥中成功提取出细菌藻酸盐并制备成藻酸钙吸附剂,研究其对水中Cu~(2+)的吸附性能。实验结果表明,接触时间、Cu~(2+)初始浓度和溶液初始pH是影响Cu~(2+)吸附性能的重要因素。吸附等温线研究表明,Langmuir模型比Freundlich模型能更好地描述吸附过程。Cu~(2+)在藻酸钙上的吸附动力学过程可以很好地用Pseudo二级动力学方程来描述。以100 mmol/L HCI为解吸剂,可有效洗脱藻酸钙上95%的Cu~(2+),实现Cu~(2+)的回收。 相似文献

A pigment is a naturally occurring colored substance that is created by plants, animals, and microbes. Pigments are utilized in a variety of industries, including food coloring, pharmaceuticals, fabric dying, cosmetics, ink plastics, coloring paints, and so on. The Natural pigments /Bio pigments are very expensive because mass production is difficult. There are more pigments in nature, but only a small number are available in large enough amounts to be useful for industry. This study is attempted to isolate a bacterial red pigmented organism from facial acne was identified as Serratia marcescens MBM-17 according to Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology and molecular characterization and production of red pigment was optimized at various growth factors, maximum pigment production was at pH 4, 72 h and 37 ± 2°C, that is, 15.56 g/ L. The partial purified pigment was characterized by UV–Vis, and maximum absorbance was at 533.5 nm. SEM analysis shows that the surface morphology and FTIR spectroscopy revealed the presence of prodigiosin. Prodigiosin has antibacterial efficacy against gram positive bacterial strains, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus sp, and gram negative bacterial strains. Klebsiella sp, Pseudomonas sp, Salmonella sp, antifungal potency against Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium sp, Rhizopus sp, and Mucor sp, and checked the fabric dying effects of pigments. Prodigiosin used as fabric dye is applied on clothes, which shows good color tone. This study is highlighting the production of a natural pigment/drug, Prodigiosin with antimicrobial activity may be used for the manufacture of dyed dress materials and masks having antimicrobial action for public especially health workers in this pandemic situation. 相似文献

The holomictic Traunsee is the deepest and second largest lakein Austria. The special characteristic of this ecosystem isthe fact that local salt and soda industries presumably alterthe lake by the discharge of waste materials. Since thebeginning of the 20th century salt and soda works areannually releasing up to 50,000 tons of solid wastes and up to150,000 tons of chloride into Traunsee. To assess potentialeffects of these anthropogenic impacts on the bacterioplanktonthree sampling sites, influenced as well as not influenced bythe industrial discharge, were chosen for comparison andsampled monthly from November 1997 to October 1998. Bacterialabundance ranged between 0.4 to 3.0 × 106 cells ml-1 with decreasing numbers along the depth profile. Theproportion of actively respiring bacteria, i.e. INT [2-(4-iodophenyl)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyltetrazolium chloride]reducing cells, never exceeded 10% of DAPI (4',6'-diamidino-2-phenylindole) stained cells. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was used to examine the seasonal and spatial distribution of dominant phylogenetic groups of thebacterioplankton. Up to 84% of bacteria detected with DAPIcould be detected via FISH applying the universal bacterialprobe EUB338. Percentages of alpha- and beta-Proteobacteriaand members of the Cytophaga-Flavobacterium cluster did notexceed 60% of DAPI-stained cells.Beta-Proteobacteriaappeared to be the most abundant group, not only in Traunsee butalso in two reference lakes, Attersee and Hallstättersee. No significant differences in any of the bacterial parameters couldbe detected between the three sampling sites and all measurementswere found in the range reported for oligotrophic lakes. The highdischarge of the Traun River, resulting in a lake water renewaltime of only one year, may diminish possible effects of industrial waste discharge in the pelagic zone. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Bacterial populations in nontreated and herbicide-treated waters were subjected to three different herbicides. Diuron, dichlobenil, and diquat were added (100 mg/l) to water samples from two fresh water lakes and two herbicide-treated ponds. Total numbers of bacteria were monitored. Bacterial populations in fresh lake water decreased after herbicide additions; however, final populations were significantly greater than the controls. Similar observations were recorded for bacteria in dichlobenil- and diuron-treated waters. Selective enrichment is probably expressed in these experiments. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Surface water impairment by fecal coliform bacteria is a water quality issue of national scope and importance. In Virginia, more than 400 stream and river segments are on the Commonwealth's 2002 303(d) list because of fecal coliform impairment. Total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) will be developed for most of these listed streams and rivers. Information regarding the major fecal coliform sources that impair surface water quality would enhance the development of effective watershed models and improve TMDLs. Bacterial source tracking (BST) is a recently developed technology for identifying the sources of fecal coliform bacteria and it may be helpful in generating improved TMDLs. Bacterial source tracking was performed, watershed models were developed, and TMDLs were prepared for three streams (Accotink Creek, Christians Creek, and Blacks Run) on Virginia's 303(d) list of impaired waters. Quality assurance of the BST work suggests that these data adequately describe the bacteria sources that are impairing these streams. Initial comparison of simulated bacterial sources with the observed BST data indicated that the fecal coliform sources were represented inaccurately in the initial model simulation. Revised model simulations (based on BST data) appeared to provide a better representation of the sources of fecal coliform bacteria in these three streams. The coupled approach of incorporating BST data into the fecal coliform transport model appears to reduce model uncertainty and should result in an improved TMDL. 相似文献

Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) application is widely used to ameliorate soil acidification. To counteract soil and bacterial community response to CaCO3 application in an acidic paddy soil in southern China, a field experiment was conducted with four different dosages of CaCO3 addition, 0, 2.25, 4.5 and 7.5?tons/ha, respectively. After one seasonal growth of rice, soil physicochemical properties, soil respiration and bacterial communities were investigated. Results showed that soil pH increased accordingly with increasing dose of CaCO3 addition, and 7.5?tons/ha addition increased soil pH to neutral condition. Moderate dose of CaCO3 application (4.5?tons/ha) significantly increased soil dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) content, enhanced soil respiration, while the excessive CaCO3 application (7.5?tons/ha) decreased these soil properties. High-throughput sequencing results illustrated that moderate dose of CaCO3 application increased the richness and alpha diversity of soil bacterial community. Compared with control, the relative abundance of Anaerolineaceae family belonging to Chloroflexi phylum increased by 38.7%, 35.4% and 24.5% under 2.25, 4.5 and 7.5?tons/ha treatments, respectively. Redundancy analysis (RDA) showed that soil pH was the most important factor shaping soil bacterial community. The results of this study suggest that proper dose of CaCO3 additions to acid paddy soil in southern China could have positive effects on soil properties and bacterial community. 相似文献

Inoculation with effcient microbes had been proved to be the most important way for the bioremediation of polluted environments. For the treatment of abandoned site of Beijing Coking Chemical Plant contaminated with high level of high-molecular-weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(HMW-PAHs) ,a bacterial consortium capable of degrading HMW-PAHs,designated 1-18-1,was enriched and screened from HMW-PAHs contaminated soil.Its degrading ability was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) ,and the community structure was investigated by construction and analyses of the 16S rRNA gene clone libraries(A,B and F) at different transfers.The results indicated that 1-18-1 was able to utilize pyrene,fluoranthene and benzoapyrene as sole carbon and energy source for growth.The degradation rate of pyrene and fluoranthene reached 82.8%and 96.2%after incubation for 8 days at 30°C,respectively;while the degradation rate of benzoapyrene was only 65.1%after incubation for 28 days at 30°C. Totally,108,100 and 100 valid clones were randomly selected and sequenced from the libraries A,B,and F.Phylogenetic analyses showed that all the clones could be divided into 5 groups,Bacteroidetes,α-Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,β-Proteobacteria andγ-Proteobacteria.Sequence similarity analyses showed total 39 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) in the libraries.The predominant bacterial groups wereα-Proteobacteria(19 OTUs,48.7%) ,γ-Proteobacteria(9 OTUs,23.1%) andβ-Proteobacteria(8 OTUs,20.5%) . 土壤中微生物在多环芳烃(PAHs)的降解过程中起着重要作用。以华北某焦化厂土壤为研究对象,在5个采样点(每个点分6层)采集30个土壤样品,分析土壤环境因子(理化性质和PAHs浓度)、微生物丰度及群落结构,探讨土壤中微生物组成与环境因子间的关系。结果表明:土壤中细菌丰度为5.33~8.89,与土壤深度呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与土壤PAHs、有机碳、全氮浓度呈正相关(P<0.05);土壤中优势细菌类群(门)为变形菌门(Proteobacteria),其相对丰度占比最高达90%,其次是绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria),其占门水平分类细菌数量的64%~97%;细菌类群与环境因子冗余分析表明,焦化厂土壤中细菌群落结构特征是PAHs污染和环境因子共同作用的结果,其中土壤pH与速效钾、PAHs、全氮浓度对土壤细菌群落组成影响明显,PAHs潜在降解菌Proteobacteria丰度与PAHs、全氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机碳浓度呈正相关。 相似文献
