本文采用一种简便的连续萃取装置.对海水中痕量有机物进行富集,大量的海水被萃取后,萃取物经干燥浓缩在毛细管气相色谱上进行了分离,并用质谱-计算机自动检索装置进行了定性鉴定,共确定出36种组分。本方法的检测限为辛烷10ppt。  相似文献

空间插值技术可以对污染物分布状况进行面状连续表征,是对点位法评价的有效补充。笔者根据现行海水水质评价方法,类比给出近岸海域水质类别空间分布评价的流程:单指标空间插值-单指标水质分类-多指标水质类别判定。研究了反距离加权插值参数的选取方法,并以点位密度不同的全国近岸海域(开放型)和渤海海域(近封闭型)为例进行了插值实验。 结果表明:对目前的点位分布情况而言,全国近岸海域参数设为p=3,N=4, C=200m较为适宜;渤海海域参数为p=2,N=5,C=200m较为适宜。反距离加权插值法在开放海域的拟合效果要优于近封闭海域。  相似文献

研究了APDC-DDTC/CCI4体系石墨炉原子吸收法测定海水中痕量Pb.在最佳务件测定海水中痕量铅与标准方法有良好的相关性(R=0.9969),统计检验表明,置信度为95%时,两方法之间没有显著差异.本法RSD%=1.1,精密度略优于标准方法,操作简便,节省时间.应用于海水中铅的分析,取得了令人满意的结果.  相似文献

The main goal of this large-scale pilot distribution study was to systematically investigate the impacts of blending different source waters on distribution water qualities. The principal source waters investigated were conventionally treated ground water (G1), surface water processed by enhanced treatment (S1), and desalted seawater by reverse osmosis membranes (RO). Due to the nature of raw water quality and associated treatment processes, G1 water had high alkalinity, while S1 and RO sources were characterized as high sulfate and high chloride waters, respectively. One year of pilot pipe study demonstrated that water quality was significantly deteriorated by increased color when source water blends with characteristics different from historic groundwater were introduced to pipe distribution systems. Elevated color was associated with release of iron corrosion products, mainly from aged unlined cast iron pipes. Iron release increased significantly when exposed to RO and S1 waters: that is, the greater iron release was experienced with alkalinity reduced below the background of G1 water. Lead and copper release to water, on the other hand, enhanced with the application of RO and G1 waters, respectively.  相似文献

采用顶空法分离并富集海水淡化排放的浓海水样品,用气相色谱法测定样品中的挥发性卤代烃,通过优化顶空时间、顶空温度、水样盐度等条件,提高顶空富集效率,使方法在2.00μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均0.999,方法检出限为0.019μg/L~0.052μg/L。标准溶液平行6次测定结果的RSD为3.9%~9.6%,加标回收率为80.5%~125%。  相似文献

This article details the results of an investigation into the application of geostatistical data analysis to two environmentalradiometric time series. The data series employed consist of 99Tc values for seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus) and seawater samples taken as part of a marine monitoring program conducted on the coast of northern Norway by the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority. Geostatistical methods were selected in order to provide information on values of the variables at unsampled times and to investigate the temporalcorrelation exhibited by the data sets. This information is ofuse in the optimisation of future sampling schemes and for providing information on the temporal behaviour of the variablesin question that may not be obtained during a cursory analysis.The results indicate a high degree of temporal correlation withinthe data sets, the correlation for the seawater and seaweed databeing modelled with an exponential and linear function,respectively. The semi-variogram for the seawater data indicatesa temporal range of correlation of approximately 395 days with noapparent random component to the overall variance structure and was described best by an exponential function. The temporal structure of the seaweed data was best modelled by a linear function with a small nugget component. Evidence of drift was present in both semi-variograms. Interpolation of the data setsusing the fitted models and a simple kriging procedure were compared, using a cross-validation procedure, with simple linearinterpolation. Results of this exercise indicate that, for theseawater data, the kriging procedure outperformed the simpleinterpolation with respect to error distribution andcorrelation of estimates with actual values. Using theunbounded linear model with the seaweed data produced estimatesthat were only marginally better than those produced by thesimple interpolation.  相似文献
