造纸废水厌氧处理产沼气发电研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以浙江某纸业企业利用造纸废水厌氧处理所产沼气发电工程为例,研究造纸废水厌氧处理产沼气发电系统工艺运行的稳定性和经济可行性。结果表明:(1)厌氧内循环(IC)反应器运行稳定,产沼气量基本在3000m3/d左右(测定点压强约为2×105Pa),平均产气率为0.38m3/kg,基本达到产气率设计要求。(2)经处理后沼气中硫化氢质量浓度始终处于20~50mg/m3,平均固体颗粒物质量浓度约为15mg/m3,平均湿度为66%,达到发电系统的要求。(3)运行期间平均日发电量为8600kW.h,回用的蒸汽量平均约为1.1t/d。(4)整个沼气发电系统总收支为6.0万元/a,实现收支平衡且略有盈余。(5)假设以煤炭替换沼气发电,以年发电258万kW.h计算,理论上沼气发电系统每年节省煤炭928.8t,减少2118t二氧化碳排放,节能减排成效显著。  相似文献

以城市应急管理能力及其内涵为基础,运用层次分析法,对湖南长株潭城市群灾害应急管理能力进行综合评价.结果表明:①从时间上看,长株潭灾害应急管理能力综合评分值由2005年的5.67、3.66、3.34分别增加到2006年的5.82、4.20、3.98,说明长株潭灾害应急管理能力均有所增强,这是因为应急管理能力是随城市社会经济的发展而增强的;②从空间上看,长株潭灾害应急管理能力存在一定的区域差异;③从整体上看,长株潭的灾害应急管理能力排名为长沙市>株洲市>湘潭市,其主要是由城市化水平及经济实力的差异所致.  相似文献

Non-thermal plasma technology has been regarded as a promising alternative technology for NOx removal. The understanding of NO2 reduction characteristics is extremely important since NO2 reduction could lower the total NO oxidation rate in the plasma atmosphere. In this study, NO2 reduction was experimentally investigated using a non-thermal plasma reactor driven by a pulsed power supply for different simulated gas compositions and operating parameters. The NO2 reduction was promoted by increasing the specific energy density (SED), and the highest conversion rates were 33.7%, 42.1% and 25.7% for Ar, N2/Ar and O2/Ar, respectively. For a given SED, the NO2 conversion rate had the order N2/Ar 〉 Ar 〉 02/Ar. The highest energy yield of 3.31 g/kWh was obtained in N2/Ar plasma and decreased with increasing SED; the same trends were also found in the other two gas compositions. The conversion rate decreased with increasing initial NO2 concentration. Furthermore, the presence of N2 or O2 led to different reaction pathways for NO2 conversion due to the formation of different dominating reactive radicals.  相似文献

天然水体中颗粒物吸附抗生素特征分析   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
为了研究抗生素在天然水体中的固、液相分配规律,分析了水体中颗粒物对7种典型抗生素的吸附特征,并通过环境扫描电镜测定了颗粒物的表面结构及元素组成.同时,采用高效液相色谱与质谱串联(HPLC-MS/MS)的检测方法对抗生素进行测定,以Simeton为内标物,得到抗生素的检出限为15~25 ng·L-1,定量下限为50~83 ng·L-1.连续吸附实验结果表明:初始的20 min颗粒物对抗生素的吸附比较快,达到过量吸附;吸附达到过饱和后会进行10 min的解吸反应;实验进行30 min后,吸附与解吸过程的变化会趋于稳定,2 h后达到吸附平衡.抗生素的平衡吸附量在1616~15568 ng·g-1之间,其吸附量及吸附曲线的变化与抗生素的pKa值密切相关.  相似文献

天然水体中存在大量的细小颗粒,它们往往与污染物相互作用并成为其载体,在饮用水传统处理工艺中亦不能被很好去除,进而随水厂出水进入人体,对人体健康造成潜在威胁.抗生素在饮用水源中的固、液相分配规律以及不同粒径颗粒对抗生素的吸附能力及影响因素亟待研究.实验利用微波萃取(MAE)和高效液相色谱与质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)的方法分别对颗粒物上吸附的抗生素进行了前处理和测定,进而分析了饮用水源颗粒物对4种典型抗生素的吸附特征.连续吸附平衡实验在360 min达到平衡,平衡时抗生素有32%~44%分布在颗粒上;除青霉素外,粒径0.05~1μm小颗粒的吸附量又占颗粒总吸附量的56%~70%.同时p H是影响饮用水源中颗粒吸附抗生素的重要因素,无论对于所有颗粒还是0.05~1μm的小颗粒,其吸附能力的最大值均出现在中性条件(p H=7)下.  相似文献

This work provides insights on the solubilization products after a simultaneous combination of alkaline and ultrasonic (ALK + ULS) pre-treatment of sewage sludge. Soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) increased from 1200 to 11,000 mg/L after such treatment. Organics with molecular weight around 5.6 kDa were solubilized because of the synergistic effect of ultrasound and alkali. Organics with molecular weight larger than 300 kDa increased from 7.8% to 60%, 16% and 42.3% after ULS, ALK and ALK + ULS treatment, respectively. Excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy analysis identified soluble microbial product-like and humic acid-like matters as the main solubilization products. Sludge anaerobic biodegradability was significantly enhanced with the simultaneous application of ALK + ULS pre-treatment. ALK + ULS pre-treatment resulted in 37.8% biodegradability increase compared to the untreated sludge. This value was higher compared to the biodegradability increase induced by individual ALK pre-treatment (5.7%) or individual ULS pre-treatment (20.7%) under the same conditions applied.  相似文献

应用两级核孔滤膜的空气采样器采集了上海市区及郊区农村两点的粗颗粒(>2.5μm)及细颗粒(MP2.5)气溶胶。用质子激发X荧光(PIXE)分析了其元素含量及其水溶后样品的元素含量。用ESR观察了颗粒物中的自由基;应用丙二醛(MDA)和四唑盐(MTT)方法比较了辐照前后粗颗粒的细胞毒性。结果显示市区气溶胶粒子中的Fe,Cr和Mn化合物比郊区粒子中的易溶于水,郊区细粒子中的Fe化合物比粗粒子中的易溶于水。ESR谱显示颗粒物中含有自由基,毒理实验显示了辐照后的气溶胶颗粒与未辐照的相比具有更高的细胞毒性。结果提示了气溶胶主要的致细胞毒性之一是通过自由基机制。  相似文献
