A study on the interactions among several plant secondary compounds and aphids

The research, focused on the specific interactions among seven plant secondary compounds and aphids, was carried out and the preliminary results showed: (1) "T-typed tube method" was regarded as the best method compared with others designed to observe the interactions. (2) Cabbage aphid was able to be attracted by laurolene while it was not susceptible to α-pinene, β-pinene and diamylene. (3) Gossypol, a major secondary substance in cotton, was able to be implicated as feeding attractant to cotton aphid. (4) Rutin might be implicated repellent to cotton aphid.     

Gas chromatographic separation and determination of chloroanthracene isomers on fly ash

An efficient, reproducible and rapid fused silica capillary column gas chromatographic method, in splitless mode, for analysing of the three chloroanthracene isomers is described. The method affords efficient separation and good linearity for each isomer in the range of 0.2 -200 μg/ml. The method can also be used in separation and determination of another thirty three aromatic and their halosubstituted compounds. This paper also presents the applications of the method in analysing of complex products mixture from reaction of the selected aromatic compounds with hydrogen chloride on fly ash surface from municipal incinerator.

铬的浸出毒性试验方法研究

以铬为分析指标,探讨了钻井废充泥浆在不同的提取剂、没的提取时间、不同的固液比以及不同的提取方式下铬的浸出毒性大小,提出了适合评价钻井废充泥浆中铬的浸出毒性的试验方法。     

香烟烟雾水溶物对小鼠卵母细胞体外减数分裂的影响

采用小鼠卵母细胞体外培养的方法研究了香烟烟雾水溶物对小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂的影响,以检查吸烟对生殖过程的影响。香烟烟雾水溶物可抑制卵母细胞排出第一极体,而不影响生发泡破裂。香烟烟雾水溶物抑制极体排出是由于破坏了细胞内的微丝或微管,使有丝分裂器不能向细胞边缘移动,并抑制了胞质分裂,形成两倍体的卵子。结果表明,吸烟对卵母细胞的减数分裂成熟有破坏作用。     

乳化液膜法处理含氨基J酸工业废水中破乳的实验研究

针对当前乳化液膜法中关键步骤—破乳进行了实验性研究。对于煤油—LMA－1—NaOH膜体系,研究了化学法和交流低电压电破乳的可行性,重点研究了电破乳的方法及温度、液膜体系及电场强度对破乳的影响。结果表明：对本实验的膜体系,化学法破乳效果不佳,而低电压破乳效果较好,破乳后的LMA－1油相可重复使用,具有良好的工业化应用前景。
