多粘类芽孢杆菌GA1所产絮凝剂的絮凝性能研究及机理探讨 总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12
采用正交絮凝、粒度检测及电镜扫描考察了多粘类芽孢杆菌GA1所产絮凝剂(MBFGA1)对高岭土溶液、土壤悬浊液、洗煤废水及垃圾渗滤液4种废水的絮凝性能,并利用蒽酮试验和红外光谱对絮凝剂成分进行了初步鉴定.在正交絮凝实验获得的最佳絮凝条件下,絮凝剂对高岭土溶液、土壤悬浊液、洗煤废水和垃圾渗滤液的絮凝率分别高达99.53%、99.50%、98.2%和75.60%,絮体沉降速度分别为0.03 m/s、0.025 m/s、0.025 m/s和0.005 m/s;土壤悬浊液中颗粒絮凝后平均粒径增大且大于10 μm,其余3种废水中颗粒平均粒径减小且小于10 μm;电镜扫描结果显示,絮凝前后废水颗粒的形态均从棱角分明转变为包埋的无棱角;EDTA、HCl以及尿素检验发现4种颗粒与絮凝剂分子间靠离子键结合;蒽酮反应及红外光谱结果显示该絮凝剂为含有较多羟基及羧基等官能团的多糖大分子.实验结果表明絮凝剂对高颗粒物浓度废水有很好的处理效果,其絮凝机理主要是吸附架桥作用. 相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定剑湖表层及柱状沉积物钒(V)含量,采用改进BCR连续提取法提取V各形态,并对V空间分布特征和生态风险进行了分析,揭示了粒度对剑湖沉积物V及形态含量的影响.结果表明,剑湖表层沉积物和柱状沉积物颗粒均以粉砂粒和细砂为主,细颗粒V含量更高.表层沉积物V含量为(117.82±63.31)mg/kg,其水平空间分布差异较大.V可交换态、可还原态、可氧化态和残渣态含量分别为(8.91±8.91),(18.36±10.53),(7.67±7.67),(80.22±58.71)mg/kg,主要以残渣态形式存在,且黏粒和粉砂粒对V可还原态和残渣态影响较大.V垂直分布差异大,底层V含量高于表层,少部分区域受黏粒和粉砂粒影响.剑湖沉积物V污染程度小,大部分地区潜在生态风险较低,底层沉积物污染程度和潜在生态风险都高于表层. 相似文献

着重研究了夏季空气微生物的粒度分布特征,比较分析了北京市空气微生物粒度分布的变化状况.结果表明:空气细菌、空气真菌和空气放线菌的粒度分布特征各不相同, 并且不随着时间和空间的变化而变化.空气细菌呈偏态分布,大于2.0 μm的粒子约占总数的80.0%,小于1.0 μm的粒子最少,约占9.0%.空气真菌呈对数正态分布,1.0~6.0 μm的粒子约占70.0%,小于1.0 μm的粒子最少,约占5.0%.空气放线菌粒度分布与正态分布恰好相反,大于8.2 μm和小于1.0 μm的粒子约占60.0%;3.0~6.0 μm的粒子最少,约占10.0%.此外不同功能区优势真菌粒度分布规律基本一致.枝孢属(Cladosporium),青霉属(Penicillium)和曲霉属(Aspergillus)粒度主要分布在F3,F4和F5(1.0~6.0 μm)中,约占总数的85.0%,呈对数正态分布.而交链孢属(Alternaria)和无孢菌(nonsporing)主要分布在前4级(>2.0 μm),分别约占总数的90.0%和75.0%,呈偏态分布.在过去10年的城市化进程中,北京市空气微生物粒度分布的基本趋势没有变化,但是空气真菌粒度分布的峰值由原来的3.0~6.0 μm降低到2.0~3.0 μm. 相似文献

Optimizing model for land use/land cover retrieval from remote sensing imagery based on variable precision rough sets 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The suitable spectral mode in remote sensing is often desirable to facilitate the inversion of ecological environment and landscape. This paper put forward an optimizing model based on variable precision rough sets (VPRS) for the land cover discrimination in wetland inventory. In the case study of Lake Baiyangdian which has important ecological functions to the northern China, this model is established successfully according to the domain-experts knowledge. The procedure is as follows. First step is data collection, including remote-sensing data (e.g., Landsat-5 TM bands), the digitized relief maps, and statistical yearbooks. Second, the remote sensing imagery (RSI) and relief maps are co-registered into the same resolution. Third, a condition set, including various attributes is derived from spectral bands, band math or ratio indices based on previous studies, at the same time, the decision set is derived from true land types after investigation and validation. Then, the remote sensing decision table (RSDT) is constructed by linking condition set with decision set according to the sequential pixels in RSI. Fourth, we create one forward greedy searching algorithm based on VPRS to handle this RSDT. After adjusting parameters such as β and knowledge granularity diameter (KGD), we obtain the stable optimized results. Comparative experiments and evaluation show that the discrimination or retrieval accuracy of VPRS model is satisfying (overall accuracy: 87.32% and KHAT: 0.84) and better than original data. Moreover, data dimension has been decreased dramatically (from 12 to 3) and key attributes found by the model may be useful for specific retrieval in wetland inventories. 相似文献

在上海市进木港生态河道示范区,通过现场模拟径流试验,研究了柴笼、灌丛垫、植草3种不同类型的生态护坡对地表径流的延滞作用和污染控制作用.结果表明,生态护坡在控制地表径流污染方面具有良好的生态效益,柴笼对地表径流的平均延滞时间为28.00~33.33min,可拦截80.95%粒径为30.07~111.05μm的悬浮固体,可截留92.58%~97.15%的水溶态营养盐和75.75%~91.24%的泥沙结合态营养盐.灌丛垫使地表径流进入河道的时间比对照裸坡滞后9.70~15.33min,可有效截留88.53%~92.94%的水溶态营养盐;但其对悬浮颗粒的拦截能力比柴笼和植草护坡弱.植草护坡延滞地表径流的能力不及柴笼和灌丛垫,但其对地表径流中较小粒径的悬浮固体(14.89~52.63μm)和泥沙结合态营养盐的拦截率分别达到85.93%和80.53%~85.33%.研究还探讨了生态护坡对地表径流污染的控制与植被覆盖度、土壤含水率以及土壤抗剪强度等指标的关系,并提出了控制地表径流污染的生态护坡优化组合方案. 相似文献
