Comparative Analysis of Ecophysiological Characteristics of Stephanodiscus hantzschii Grun. in the Periods of Its Bloom in Recreational Water Bodies

In the periods of summer and autumn bloom of the Stephanodiscus hantzschii Crun. in recreational water bodies, studies on the vertical distribution of chlorophyll a, its contents per unit biomass, efficiency in using photosynthetically active radiation (E_PhAR), and assimilative activity of microalgae were performed. The results confirmed the existence of two ecophysiological forms of St. hantzschii and provided evidence that both forms are typically autotrophic and can efficiently use low-intensity PhAR for photosynthesis.     

Improvement of the antifouling characteristics in a bioreactor of polypropylene microporous membrane by the adsorption of Tween 20

Surface modification by physical adsorption of Tween 20 was accomplished on polypropylene microporous membranes (PPMMs). Attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR/FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the chemical and morphological changes on the membrane surfaces. Water contact angles and relative pure water fluxes were measured. The data showed that the hydrophilic performance for the modified membranes increased with the increase in the adsorption amount of Tween 20 onto the surface or into the pores of polypropylene microporous membranes. To test the antifouling property of the membranes by the adsorption of Tween 20 in a membrane bioreactor (MBR), filtration for active sludge was performed using synthetic wastewater. With the help of the data of water fluxes and the FE-SEM photos of the modified PPMMs before or after operating in a MBR for about 12 d, the PPMMs with monolayer adsorption of Tween 20 showed higher remained flux and stronger antifouling ability than unmodified membrane and other modification membranes studied.     

活性污泥法处理矿区生活污水剩余污泥量探讨

由于矿区生活污水中有机污染物浓度较低，采用活性污泥法处理工艺，有机污染物在生物氧化池内得到较彻底地降解，剩余污泥量少，每千吨生活污水产生剩余污泥量为2～3t。     

Aquafluor藻细胞活体分析法在三峡库区次级河流回水区Chla测定中的校准及应用

从三峡库区次级河流大宁河、小江、汤溪河及梅溪河139m回水区中段采集水样,经实验室培养后,用丙酮萃取分光光度法和Aquafluor藻细胞活体分析法测定Chla浓度.通过对Chla萃取值(y)和活体值(x)进行回归分析,得到其回归方程为y=4.15x 2.48,t检验显示回归方程具有线性.在库区次级河流139m回水区富营养化监测中,Chla模拟值与萃取值基本吻合,相对误差＜±7%,故可以采用Chla模拟值对水体富营养化程度进行评价.     

修正光度法测定痕量阳离子表面活性剂

阳离子表面活性剂与二甲酚橙在ｐＨ７～８的溶液中发生显色反应，用修正光度法处理，能消除空白干扰，提高分析灵敏度，该方法检出限为０．０８ｍｇ／Ｌ，线性范围０～１５ｍｇ／Ｌ，加标回收率９６％～１０２％，适于环境痕量分析。     

活性污泥作为气化用型煤粘结剂的研究 Ⅰ.污泥添加量和型煤成型条件的考察

以活性污泥为研究对象，以合成氨厂广泛使用的白泥型煤参照，进行了气化用型煤粘结剂的研究，结果表明，当污泥添加量为２％白泥添加量为０．３％时，所制得的型煤抗压强度、跌落强度、热稳定性与白泥型相当。     

饮用水中氯化产物水合氯醛、三氯乙酸的活性炭富集顶空分析法研究

以活性炭为富集材料,经酸化和甲酯衍生化后,饮用水中非挥发性的水合氯醛和三氯乙酸可以从活性炭的吸附态定量地释出气体,利用顶空法取样,GC/ECD进行测定。对不同水样检测结果表明,饮用水中水合氯醛、三氯乙酸来自氯化消毒过程。控制水源有机质污染,装置活性炭过滤器,延长烧水煮沸时间,可有效地减少人体对其摄入量。     

活性焦的改性及其脱硫性能的研究

以褐煤为主要原料制备的活性焦 ,经过改性后的一系列特性及脱硫效果 ,与纯活性焦进行了比较 ,是一种机械性能好、脱硫效率高、易再生的改性活性焦。为烟气脱硫提供一种新的吸附剂     

重庆南山马尾松衰亡与土壤铝活化的关系

研究了重庆南山马尾松衰亡与铝中毒的关系.发现南山土壤中活性铝含量相当高,而活性钙含量很低,轻灾区和重灾区的Al/Ca比都已超过伤害植物的阈值.试验结果表明,铝活化是土壤严重酸化的后果.溶液培养试验结果表明,铝对马尾松幼苗生长有明显毒害作用,且毒性最大的形态是Al~(3+),铝中毒是南山酸雨危害马尾松的主要原因.     

苯的衍生物在活性炭/水界面上的吸附标准自由能及与其分子结构的关系

测定了25℃时活性炭自水中吸附苯、苯酚、苯胺、对－氯苯酚、苯甲酸、对－羟基苯甲酸、对－氯苯胺、硝基苯、对－氨基苯甲酸、对－硝式苯酚、对－硝基苯胺、对硝基苯甲酸的等温线，它们的等温线均为Langmuir型的，利用Langmuir参数计算了吸吸标准自由能变化△G^0，计算结果表明，△G^0具有加和性，即化合物的△G^0是组成该化合物各基团贡献之总和，化合物的分子量及分子连接性指数与△G^0有近似的线性关系。
