The acute effects of commercial formulation of chlorpyrifos-ethyl (Dursban(r)) and the secondary treated industrial/urban effluent (STIUE) exposure on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) activities in hepatopancreas and gills of Mediterranean crab Carcinus maenas were investigated. After 2 d of exposure to chlorpyriphos-ethyl, the AChE activity was inhibited in both organs at concentrations of 3.12 and 7.82 μg/L, whereas the BuChE was inhibited only at higher concentration 7.82 μg/L of commercial preparation Dursban(r). The exposure of crabs to Dursban(r) (3.12 μg/L) showed a significant decrement of AChE activity at 24 and 48 h, whereas the BuChE was inhibited only after 24 h and no inhibition for both enzymes was observed after 72 h. Moreover, a significant repression of AChE activity was observed in both organs of C. maenas exposed to 5% of STIUE. Our experiments indicated that the measurement of AChE activity in gills and hepatopancreas of C. meanas would be useful biomarker of organophosphorous (OP) and of neurotoxic effects of STIUE in Tunisia.  相似文献

在15℃、相同氮负荷和添加强度条件下运行SBR和CSTR以对比分析两种典型流态(推流式和完全混合式)对硝化菌添加强化硝化效果的影响.结果表明,添加期间,SBR中氨氧化速率(AUR)和亚硝酸盐氧化速率(NUR)分别为添加前的2.34和2.39倍,停止添加后又分别降为添加前的2.01和1.78倍;添加期间CSTR中AUR和NUR分别为添加前的2.63和2.44倍,停止添加后又分别降为添加前的1.48和1.31倍.荧光原位杂交结果显示,添加期间,SBR中氨氧化菌(AOB)和亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)的个数百分比分别为添加前的2.67和2.71倍,添加停止后,又分别降至原来的2.14和1.95倍;CSTR中AOB和NOB分别为添加前的2.91和1.77倍,但在添加停止后CSTR中AOB和NOB分别降至添加前的1.25和1.50倍.因此,硝化菌添加期间,两种流态的添加效果接近,但是在添加停止后,由于流态对硝化菌中K-决策者(Nitrosospira、Nitrospira)和r-决策者(Nitrosomonas europaea、Nitrobacter)的选择作用,添加的硝化菌在完全混合式条件下比推流式条件下更容易被系统淘汰.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Urban planning has become a widely concern for minimizing the negative effects of urban expansion on terrestrial ecosystems. We developed an interdisciplinary modeling framework to evaluate the effectiveness and shortcomings of urban expansion management strategies. A three-step method was applied to Yinchuan Plain in the northwestern of China, including (1) analyzing the relationship between landscape pattern and ecosystem service values through mathematical statistics; (2) predicting landscape pattern and ecosystem services change under different scenarios based on cellular automaton model (SLEUTH-3r model); and (3) designing and validating optimized scenario through integrating historical analysis experiments and future multi-comparison suggestions. Results have suggested that landscape composition and configuration can significantly affect regional ecosystem service values, especially the connectivity and shape of landscape. Compact urban growth policy and medium environment protection policy are the appropriate setting for urban expansion plan. Optimization validation of the combined designed scenario implied the reliability of this method. Our results highlighted the significance of integrating application of landscape pattern analysis, ecosystem service value evaluation, model simulation and multi-scenario prediction in urban planning.  相似文献

通过对BA-3活菌体进行多种化学改性,比较了经化学改性后的BA-3菌体对C(rⅥ)的去除效率。结果表明,所试化学改性均会导致BA-3活菌体一定程度的质量减少;无机酸改性及有机溶剂改性均可较大程度提高菌体的C(rⅥ)去除效率,而无机酸改性、有机溶剂改性及盐改性则对菌体吸附Cr的效率有不同程度的提高作用。菌体表面上的[H+]及[OH-]的分布对于其吸附Cr及还原C(rⅥ)均有重要的影响作用,当溶液中的[H+]浓度增加时,会加快菌体还原Cr(Ⅵ)的速率,并促进菌体对Cr的吸附作用;当溶液中[OH-]增加时,C(rⅥ)的去除速率会相应降低,而菌体对Cr的吸附效果也有所降低。以盐改性时可提高菌体表面可交换阳离子的活性,并促进菌体表面与C(rⅢ)的离子交换,从而在Cr的吸附后期有利于菌体吸附溶液中的C(rⅢ)。此外,菌体的菌丝球结构及其比表面积也会影响其吸附Cr及还原C(rⅥ)的效率。有机溶剂改性可改善菌体的有效表面积,对菌体去除C(rⅥ)及吸附Cr都是有利的。  相似文献

Surface and core sediment samples were collected from Lake Ayg?r, Turkey, to determine heavy metal distribution, probable sources and potential ecological and toxic risks for the lake. Heavy metals, total sulfur, total phosphate, total organic carbon, chlorophyll degradation products, and CaCO3 content were established. The enrichment factor, PLI, potential ecological risk index, and toxic risk index were calculated. Zn was determined to have the highest accumulation in surface sediment, followed by Cr, Pb, and Cd, respectively. Cd was the only element that exceeded the critical value of 40 and posed a moderate potential ecological risk. According to TRI, no ecotoxic risk was found. It is thought that local fossil fuel consumption is responsible for the accumulation of heavy metals since there is a lack of urbanization, industrialization, and agricultural activities around the lake.  相似文献

A workshop was held in Berlin September 12–14th 2012 to assess the state of the science of the data supporting low dose effects and non-monotonic dose responses (“low dose hypothesis”) for chemicals with endocrine activity (endocrine disrupting chemicals or EDCs). This workshop consisted of lectures to present the current state of the science of EDC action and also the risk assessment process. These lectures were followed by breakout sessions to integrate scientists from various backgrounds to discuss in an open and unbiased manner the data supporting the “low dose hypothesis”. While no consensus was reached the robust discussions were helpful to inform both basic scientists and risk assessors on all the issues. There were a number of important ideas developed to help continue the discussion and improve communication over the next few years.  相似文献

厌氧折流板反应器处理糖蜜酒精废水的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探究厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)对糖蜜酒精实际废水的处理效果,该实验采用已成功处理人工模拟糖蜜酒精废水的ABR,研究了该反应器处理糖蜜酒精工业废水过程中COD和SO42-的去除效果,以及各隔室VFA、pH和S2-的分布规律。实验结果表明,反应器处理糖蜜酒精工业废水,在30 d内达到稳定,COD和SO42-负荷分别为4.8 kg/(m3.d)和0.32 kg/(m3.d),COD和SO42-的去除率分别为83%和98%。反应器内各隔室挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度变化规律与pH值变化规律一致,各隔室硫化物(S2-)浓度较低,其中第4、5隔室的S2-浓度低于40 mg/L。反应器内微生物菌群仍能保持处理模拟废水时形成的多相(产酸硫酸盐还原相和生成硫单质产甲烷相)分离特征,保证了ABR对实际工业废水的处理效率。  相似文献

文章采用红外分光测油仪(JDS-106A型)对油标液进行测量,通过实验方法考察了红外分光测油法标准曲线线性的影响因素,对标准系列的配制方式、标准浓度的高低、比色皿的选用、仪器的状态不同等方面分别进行探讨,结果表明在合适的标液配制和一定的仪器状态下,可以得到较好的线性关系。  相似文献
