摘    要:根据石灰铁盐法的基本工作原理,结合项目中酸性含砷废水中铁离子含量较高的特点,设计了三段中和—铁盐混凝法处理含砷酸性废水工艺。经三段中和后,原水中砷的去除率可以达到98%以上,出水pH值在8.5左右,且原水中浓度较高的SO42-离子及铁被大部分去除。达到预处理效果的同时,还可以回收脱水性能及纯度都较好的石膏副产品,为企业降低了运行成本,并且防止了二次污染。

Abstract:According to characteristics and basic principle of lime-ferrate process, the process for treating arsenic and iron acid wastewater with three stage neutralization-ferrate coagulation method was designed. After using the process, arsenic removal rate can reach more than 98%, effluent pH was about 8.5, SO2-4 and iron in wastewater were removed mostly. Except for the realization of anticipated pretreatment effect, the process can also recycle plaster with better dehydration properties and purity, which would reduce the operation cost for the enterprise and avoid the secondary pollution.
