| 摘 要： | 通过对城市土地储备制度的运作过程与运转机理的简要阐述，形成了一个较为完整的理论框架，侧重分析了我国现行的城市土地储备制度尚存的一些问题，提出了相应解决对策，以求进一步完善我国城市土地储备制度。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly,briefly described urban land reserve system of the operation and the operating mechanism of formation,which formed a more perfect theoretical framework.Especially remaining the problems,analyzed China's existing urban land reserve system.At last,some solutions were put forward to further improve the current land reserve system. |
