摘    要:采用微波-Fenton氧化-PAFSi絮凝法处理含油废水,结果表明,200 mL水样先经微波辐射6 min,在pH=2,H2O2(30%)3.5 g/L,Fe2+ 1.3 g/L的条件下氧化4 h后,采用聚硅酸铝铁(Al:Fe:Si=10:2:1)和聚丙烯酰胺在pH=8时进行絮凝实验,处理后废水浊度、SS、COD、含油量和色度分别降低了99.46%、96.66%、91.94%、97.97%和95.00%,且经处理后废水的BOD5/COD由原水的0.04提高到0.53。实验还分析了含油废水的降解机理。

Abstract:The microwave-Fenton oxidation-flocculation method was investigated to treat the oily wastewater. In this study, 200 mL of wastewater was treated with microwave for 6 min, then oxidated 4 hours under the conditions of pH=2, 3.5 g/L of H2O2 (30%), 1.3 g/L of Fe2 +. Final poly aluminum silicate iron (Fe:Al:Si=10:2:1) and polyacrylamide were used in the flocculation experiment (pH=8). The results showed that the turbidity, SS, COD, oil content and chrominance of effluent decreased by 99.46%, 96.66%, 91.94%, 97.97% and 95.00%,respectively, the value of BOD5/COD changed from 0.04 to 0.53 after treatment, which indicated that the water quality was improved greatly, and the treatment effect was remarkable. The degradation mechanisms of oily wastewater were also analyzed.
