摘    要:在测定“总磷”过程中,样品中经常含有高浓度铁离子对测定结果产生干扰。根据铁离子的化学特征,选择恰当的掩蔽剂对其掩蔽,可以消除铁离子对测定的干扰。通过对NaOH、氟化钠和EDTA三种掩蔽剂的掩蔽对比,得出氟化钠掩蔽效果最好,而且测量结果稳定,是非常适合的掩蔽剂。

Abstract:The results of total phosphorus always were interfered by high concentration iron ions. According to the chemical character of the iron ion, chose the appropriate shelter reagent and eaneeUed interference of high concentration iron ions. Through the contrast shelter effect of NaOH, NaF and EDTA, the result showed that shelter effect of NaF was the best and the measurements of total phosphorus were stable. So NaF was the better shelter reagent.
