新疆“十五”至“十一五”期间影响工业固废产生及排放的主要社会经济因素分析

采用灰色关联分析,找出了影响工业固废量的主要社会经济因素,认为第二产业是影响工业固废的主要因素。第二产业结构比重加大,工业固废量增加。从减少工业固废的角度来看,调整产业结构已是当务之急;环境污染治理投资与工业固废因子关联度最小,说明环保投资已远不能满足环境治理的实际需要,需加大环保投资。

Study on the Main Social Economic Factors of Influencing on Industrial Rubbish Quantity in Xinjiang During the 10th and 11th Five Year Periods by Using the Gray Connection Analysis Method

The main social economic factors that would influence the industrial rubbish quantity of Xinjiang are found out by using gray connection analysis method. The results show that the second industry is the main effect factor, and the industrial rubbish quantity would increase with the enhancement of the second industry ratio. Industrial structure adjustment is the fist task that local government would be faced if they want to reduce industrial rubbish. The relative degree between environmental protection investment and industrial rubbish factor is the least, which indicates that environmental protection investment is not enough to satisfy the actual need of environment treatment of Xinjiang. Therefore,the local government should increase the environmental protection investment as soon as possible.
