摘    要:介绍了实现满足GJB 150,GJB 150A和RTCA/DO 160F等军民标准的大型霉菌试验设备的设计以及霉菌试验设备的主要组成,重点分析了目前霉菌实验设备几种加温加湿方法的优劣,提出了使用夹套加热和幕布加湿方法可以保证温湿度良好的均匀性和波动度;比较了测量相对湿度的两种方法,确定选用干湿球法测量相对湿度以及选用干湿球温度计测量相对湿度的注意事项。

Abstract:The design of large fungus test facility which satisfies military and civil standards such as GJB 150,GJB 150A,RTCA/DO 160F and so on was introduced.The main composition of fungus test facility was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of heating and humidifying methods in present fungus test facility were analyzed.Jacket heating and veil humidifying methods were put forward to ensure fine uniformity and undulation in temperature and humidity.Wet bulb method was selected for relative humidity measurement and the caution was put forward after comparison of two relative humidity measurement methods.
