浅析事故经济损失

近来,我国各类事故频繁发生,事故造成人员的伤亡或设备、装置、建筑物的破坏,给国家、企业和个人造成了很大的经济损失,也给社会造成了不安定因素.笔者认为事故发生后不仅要查清人员的伤亡情况、事故经过、原因分析、责任人处理、人员教育、措施制定,而且还要弄清事故经济损失的划分,进而对事故经济损失进行分析和统计,从而追究经济损失的承担者.本文介绍了国内外事故经济损失的划分、对比以及计算方法.参照国外的经验,根据我国的实际情况,对于直接损失和间接损失给出了详细的划分和计算的方法.

Analyze accident pecuniary loss

Recently, all kinds of accident of our country occur frequently. Accident causes the casualties of people or the damage of equipment, installation and building, results in great pecuniary loss to country, enterprise and individual, induces instability factor to society. The author thinks that it is necessary to check up the casualties condition of people, accident endures, case study, responsibility person handling, people education and measure establishment, make clear the partition of accident pecuniary loss, and then analyze accident pecuniary loss to look into the undertaker of pecuniary loss. This paper has introduced partition, contrast and calculation method of domestic and international accident pecuniary loss. The experience of reference abroad and the actual condition of the basis of our country have given the method of detailed partition and calculation for direct loss and indirect loss.
