摘    要:青年教师代表着学院未来发展的前途和希望.随着人才强院战略的实施,他们所占的比例越来越大,要尽快把这些青年人才培养成为优秀的青年教师,就必须分析青年教师队伍现状,按照科学的培养原则和方法,强化对青年教师的培养工作.同时要注意对他们的师德教育和人文关怀,培养他们的团队精神和创新精神.对青年教师的培养要面向未来,不能急于求成,这是一个长期的系统工程,这项工作任重而道远.

Abstract:Young teachers represent one college's prospect and hope. As implementing the strategy of "developing our college depending on talents", they hold a larger and larger proportion. So as to foster these young people to be excellent young teachers, we must analyze their status and strengthen the training job under scientific training principles and methods. Meantime, we should attach importance to their moral education and humane solicitude, let them foster collective and creating spirits. Young teachers fostering should be in the direction of the future and we can not be impatient for the success. This job is a long-term system engineering and shoulders heavy responsibilities.
