生态脆弱区输气管道沿线生态修复措施探讨--以西气东输宁夏段为例

西气东输宁夏段管道沿线区域为典型的生态脆弱区,管道建设施工过程中不可避免地会破坏生态环境,引发新的水土流失,造成环境进一步恶化.本文在实地调查的基础上,分析了沿线水文气象、土壤、植被状况等自然生态条件.依据"适地适树,适地适草"的原则,提出了风蚀防治区和水风蚀交错防治区等典型区植被恢复的树草种选择方案,并针对不同侵蚀区类型提出不同布设方案,最后对林草管护进行探讨.

Ecological rehabilitation of environment along West-East Pipe Project (WEPP) in vulnerable regions

This paper aims to discuss the eco-environmental problems caused by the construction of the West-East Pipeline Project,particularly,in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.To this end,the authors have done a careful research on the effectiveness of ecological restoration,research on vegetation restoration approaches,methods,and scheme.Based on the field investigation,tree and grass selection for the wind erosion area and wind-water erosion area were analysed with species with ecological and physiological features and its response with local eco-environment conditions considered.To avoid the new destruction to the environment,natural restoration should be taken as the preferential measure for local ecological construction;proper and effective human management prove to be absolutely necessary in this process.Based on systematic analysis,following procedures were suggested to be followed in ecological restoration:(1) analysis of major erosion and the land types;(2) selection of suitable plant types;(3) proper and effective human management to promote vegetation development and succession.
