摘    要:随着我国经济快速发展及城市化水平提升,城市生活垃圾产量越来越大,焚烧逐渐成为城市生活垃圾处理的主要方式。但焚烧会产生大量的垃圾焚烧飞灰(以下简称飞灰),飞灰属于危险废物。论述了飞灰的来源、成分、特性及危害,介绍了飞灰的处理处置技术:水泥固化技术、化学药剂稳定化技术、熔融固化技术、水热稳定化技术和水泥窑协同处理技术,并分析这几类处理技术的优缺点。同时,介绍了将飞灰用作生产水泥材料、建筑材料、烧制多孔陶粒轻骨料及制备混凝土几种资源化利用途径。对今后飞灰的处理及资源化利用提出了展望。

Abstract:With the rapid development of my country's economy and the improvement of the level of urbanization,the output of municipal solid waste is increasing.Incineration has gradually become the main method of municipal solid waste treatment,but incineration will produce a large amount of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash(hereinafter referred to as fly ash),which is a hazardous waste.This article discussed the source,composition,characteristics and hazards of fly ash,and introduced the treatment and disposal technology of fly ash:cement curing technology,chemical agent stabilization technology,melting and curing technology,hydrothermal stabilization technology and cement kiln co-processing technology,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these types of processing technologies.At the same time,several resource utilization ways of using fly ash as cement material,building material,firing porous ceramsite light aggregate and preparing concrete are also introduced.Prospects are put forward for the treatment and resource utilization of fly ash in the future.
