混凝+超滤联用技术净化微污染水的试验研究

摘    要:采用聚合氯化铝混凝与超滤膜联用技术净化微污染水,考察该工艺净化COD、氯离子、浊度和铁离子的效果。结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水水质满足生活饮用水卫生标准( GB 5749-2001),混凝+超滤联用技术不仅能有效地净化有机物、浊度,对铁离子和氯离子也有较好的净化效果,且出水中悬浮物、细菌和大肠菌群数未检测出。

Abstract:The combined process of poly aluminum chloride coagulation and ultrafiltration membrane was applied for treatment of slightly polluted water and the effect of dosage of poly aluminum chloride coagulation on operation performance of ultrafiltration was studied.The removal efficiencies of COD, chloride ion, turbidity and ferric ion in the combined process were investigated. The treatment process was automated and run steadily .The water quality produced meet standard for purified drinking water ( GB 5749-2001).The coagulation +ultrafiltration incorporation could remove not only organics and turbidity, but also chloride ion and ferric ion effectively, and the suspended substance, bacterium and coli group number have not been detected in outlet water .
