摘    要:从讨论圆型材用于镦粗成形时满足大多数工艺要求的条件及选择规格的方法入手 ,建立了“坯料质量 圆钢规格”直接关系式和关系图 ;进而讨论了方型材用于镦粗成形的条件 ,特别指出其高边比不能等同于圆型材的高径比。并介绍了“坯料质量 圆钢规格”直接关系式和关系图的应用意义 ,对编制锻造工艺提出了几点建议

Abstract:The relationship equation and the relationship figure of "billet mass specifications of circular steel bar" are established by discussing the condition of satisfying most technical requirement of circular formed material used in upsetting and the method of selecting the specifications; then the condition of rectangular formed material used in upsetting is discussed, and it is pointed out that the ratio of height to width is quite different to the ratio of height to diameter. Finally, the significations of the application of the relationship equation and the relationship figure of "billet mass specifications of circular steel bar" are presented, and several suggestions to draw forging practice are provided.
