管式电除尘器"伞形罩"结构特性研究

摘    要:在高温、高湿窑炉烟气条件下,采用立式管式电除尘器“伞形罩”结构,能够解决其清灰不力、二次扬尘、除尘效率不稳定等问题。本研究了“伞形罩”结构的除尘机理及效率及清灰力度影响因素、抑制二次扬尘机制。研究结果表明,“伞形罩”结构除尘效率因集尘表面积的增加而提高;应用支铁框架式振打方式,振打强度明显加强;其分流机制能有效地抑制二次扬尘:从而为“伞形罩”结构的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In the case of high temperature and high moisture of the stove smog, it is advantageous to adopt the canopy hood structure of tubular electrostatic precipitator to solve the problems, such as dust reentry restraining and reckless dust cleaning efficiency. The present paper is aimed at presenting an analysis of the particular configuration and structure of the canopy hood, its collecting case located inside the tubular electrostatic precipitator with some taper vessels. Since the function of the canopy hood is non depositing and automatic ash discharging, it can make sure the dust clearance efficiency of the tubular electrostatic precipitator in special conditions. In addition, the paper has also studied the features of dust clearance, its efficiency, soot discharging capability and the mechanism of its dust reentry prevention. Deriving the overall efficiency of the separation formula of the "canopy hood" construction by using Deutsch formula, the author has analyzed the influential factors of the liberate dust removal mechanism. Thus, the author's research results demonstrate that the dust clearing efficiency of the canopy hood structure can be improved on the condition that the dust collecting area can be enlarged while the shaking mode of the supporting iron frame is improved by increasing the shaking intensity with its diffluence mechanism functioning as a efficient dust reentry restrainer. Therefore, the present research helps to the establishment of the theoretical basis for the optimal design of its construction.
