| 摘 要： | 分析了国内废旧电脑的环境危害。立法和回收利用现状。预测了中国废旧电脑的产生量，指出中国废旧电脑产生量的高峰将在2004年出现，提出了我国应对废旧电脑问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The current legislations on obsolete computers recycle, system and its environmental hazard in China have been discussed. Based on the prediction of the amount of obsolete computers, it was pointed that one of the flood tide of obsolete computers will come in 2004 in China. The proposals about how to deal with the problem of obsolete computers in China were also put forward. |
