磺胺类抗生素在辽西河流沉积物中吸附行为研究

摘    要:为了研究磺胺抗生素在辽西流域沉积物中的吸附行为特性。实验采用OECD Guideline批量平衡法,研究了磺胺甲恶唑在辽西流域沉积物中吸附动力学特性和热力学特性。动力学研究结果表明磺胺甲恶唑在沉积物中吸附动力学过程以容积扩散为主,并且是一个先快速后缓慢的非均相扩散过程。热力学研究表明磺胺甲恶唑在沉积物中的吸附,是一个自发进行的吸热过程,升高温度能够增加磺胺甲恶唑在沉积物中的吸附能力(Kd)。因此,磺胺甲恶唑容易在辽西河流沉积物中吸附残留,应当重视其在水-底泥环境体系中潜在的环境风险。

Abstract:In order to study the adsorption behavior of sulfanilamide antibiotics in sediment of western Liaoning watershed,by using OECD guideline mass balance method, adsorption dynamics and thermodynamics properties of sulfanilamide antibiotics were studied. Dynamics research results show that the sediment adsorption kinetics of sulfamethoxazole is volume diffusion, and is fast after a first slow heterogeneous diffusion process. Thermodynamics research results show that the sulfamethoxazole adsorption in the sediments is a spontaneous endothermic process, and raising temperature can increase the adsorption capacity (Kd) of sulfamethoxazole in sediments. Therefore, sulfamethoxazole is easily adsorbed by residual in western liaoning river sediment, and attention should be paid to the potential environmental risk of water-sediment environment system.
