废铅蓄电池的综合回收利用研究

摘    要:用火法冶炼回收废铅蓄电池能耗高、污染严重,回收利用率一般只有80%左右。用火法和湿法相结合回收铅蓄电池的方法,回收利用率可以提高10%以上,并且减少了污染。废铅蓄电池的综合回收利用工艺可以从废铅蓄电池一次回收铅-锑合金和三盐基硫酸铅、铬黄系列产品。

Synthetical accumulator cell reclaim makes use of scrap lead to study

Abstract:Use pyrometallurgical to reclaim scrapped lead-acid battery hasthe defact of high energy consumption and severe pollution o The reclaim rate is only over 80%. At present, useing pyrometallurgical -hydrometallurgical to reclaim scrapped lead-acid battery has improved the reclaim rate above 10% and decrease pollution o In this paper introduce the technology of producing lead- stibium alloy and Lead Sulfate Tribasic , chrome yellow series of products.
