摘    要:采用粉煤灰吸附—石灰沉淀处理高浓度含氟废水.正交实验得到的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度10℃,石灰加入量3.0 g/mL,反应时间60 min,废水pH 6.88.在此最佳工艺条件下处理F质量浓度为150 mg/L的含氟废水,Fˉ去除率为97.53%.Mn2+,Fe3+,Mg2+,A13+,Zn2+单独存在时,随5种阳离子质量浓度增大,Fˉ去除率略有增加;当5种阳离子共同存在且质量浓度均大于500 mg/L时,Fˉ去除率下降.PO43-,SO42-,CO32-,NO3-单独存在时对Fˉ去除率影响不大;当4种阴离子共同存在且质量浓度均大于800 mg/L时,Fˉ去除率低于对照实验.

Abstract:High-concentration fluoride-containing wastewater was treated by fly ash adsorption-lime precipitation process.The optimum process conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 10℃,lime dosage 3.0 g/mL,reaction time 60 min,wastewater pH 6.88.Under the optimum conditions and with 150 mg/L of influent F-mass concentration,the F-removal rate is 97.53%.When Mn2+,Fe3+,Mg2+,Al3+ or Zn2+ are existing in the wastewater respectively,the F-removal rate is increased a little with the increasing of each cation mass concentration;When the 5 cations are coexisting in the wastewater with more than 500 mg/L of each cation mass concentration,the F-removal rate is decreased.When PO43-,SO42-,CO32-or NO3-is existing in the wastewater respectively,their effects on the F-removal rate are little;When the 4 anions are coexisting in the wastewater with more than 800 mg/L of each anion mass concentration,the F-removal rate is lower than that in the controlled experiment.
