微波消解在环境监测中的应用

摘    要:
样品预处理在环境监测中是非常重要的一个环节,直接影响着测定结果的准确性。传统的样品消解方法操作繁琐,耗时长,分析人员工作强度大。微波消解是一种新型、高效的样品消解技术,具有快速、简便、污染少、分解完全等优点,已成为试样分解不可缺少的方法之一,在生物、食品、医药、环境等领域得到了广泛的应用。

Abstract:
The sample pre - treatment is one important step of environmental monitoring, it is directly related to accuracy of defined resuhs. The operation of traditional sample subduction is time - consumed with high labor intensity. The microwave subduction is a new and effective sample subduction technology, and it is rapid, simple, less - polluted and completely degraded, and has become one of indispensable sample degradation methods. It has been applied in the fields of biology, food, medicine and environment.
