膜生物反应器的优缺点及改进思路

摘    要:我国水污染严重,形势严峻,迫切要求更好的水处理技术。膜生物反应器(MBR)是一种新型高效的水处理技术,具有传统方法不及的许多优点,能够满足目前国际上最严格的污水排放标准,具有很好的应用前景。MBR按照不同标准有不同分类,常见的有分置式MBR和一体式MBR,两者各有优缺点,在实际中均有应用。膜污染、高能耗是影响膜生物反应器推广应用的主要障碍。针对膜生物反应器存在的不足之处,文中提出了一些切实有效的改进措施。

Abstract:The water pollution is so serious and the situation is so severe that it is urgent for us to have better technologie to deal with wastewater. The membrane bio-reactor(MBR) is a new-type and high-efficient water treatment technology with many advantages, which are not possessed by the traditional methods. Its effluent can meet with the most strict wastewater discharge standard of the world and it has a very broad prospect. There are several ways to classify MBR according to different criterions. We usually divide it into the separated MBR and the submerged MBR, Which both have their advantages and disadvantages and both are in practice. Membrane pollution and high energy consume are the two main obstacles for MBR's extensive appliance. This article puts forward some efficient improvements aimed at MBR' disadvantages.
