| Abstract: | Through introduclion of major contents of key elements of process safely management-measure- ment and indicator, discussion into the significance, principle, grading, setting and purpose of process safety performance indicator and hy taking the change management for example, this paper illustrates the ex- amples of process safety performance indicator, thus providing reference to the setting of process safety performance. |
