污泥浓度对微孔曝气氧传质过程的影响

摘    要:污泥浓度是影响微孔曝气氧传质过程的重要因素之一。在小试及中试规模上,研究了不同污泥浓度对微孔曝气氧传质过程的影响,得出曝气性能随污泥浓度的变化规律。结果表明,当污泥浓度低于2000mg/L时,曝气性能随浓度的增大而增强,在2000~3000mg/L时,KLa达到最大值;当污泥浓度大于2000~3000mg/L时,曝气性能随污泥浓度增大而降低,当污泥浓度大于5000mg/L时,曝气性能急剧降低。这一规律对于在设计和运行中合理确定污水处理中的污泥浓度,在达到处理效果的前提下,尽量降低电耗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Sludge concentration is one of the most important factors that affects oxygen mass transfer in fine pore aeration. Based on the laboratory and pilot test, the aeration performance with different sludge concentrations was studied. The results showed that, when sludge concentration was below 2 000 mg/L, aeration performance was improved as the sludge concentration increased,and at the range of 2 000~3 000 mg/L, KLa reached the maximum value. When the sludge concentration was more than 2 000~3 000 mg/L, aeration performance decreased as the concentration increased,and aeration performance reduced dramatically when the sludge concentration was more than 5 000 mg/L. This law is very significant for the determination of the sludge concentration in design and operation of sewage treatment, so as to reduce power consumption under the premise of the processing requirements.
