摘    要:文章采用共沉淀法制备了系列铜锰氧化物催化剂,以CO催化氧化作为目标反应,考察了各种制备条件——沉淀剂种类、滴加顺序、原料液Cu]/Mn]比、沉淀温度、老化时间、老化pH值等对催化剂催化性能的影响,从而确定室温下用于CO氧化的铜锰催化剂的最优制备条件。该催化剂相比商品化的霍加拉特剂,具有更好的室温活性和活性稳定性。

Abstract:A series of copper manganese oxide catalysts were prepared using co-precipitation procedure and evaluated by CO oxidation at ambient temperature.The effect of preparation variables including precipitator,added order,Cu/Mn ratio of precipitation solution,temperature of precipitation,ageing time and pH was investigated in detail.The optimum preparation conditions were identified with respect to the catalyst activity for the oxidation of CO at ambient temperature.The corresponding catalyst showed more active and stable than commercial Hopcalite.
