铝合金综合环境试验研究

摘    要:针对海洋性气候条件下航空铝合金的大气腐蚀,提出了一种综合环境加速试验方法。进行了盐雾试验、周期浸润和综合环境加速试验,考察了这些加速试验方法的模拟性,并对综合环境试验的重现性进行了研究,探讨了该方法对户外暴露试验的加速倍率的规律。

Abstract:Using aeronautical aluminums,the accelerated corrosion tests for marine atmospheric corrosion were studied,and a comprehensive environmental test was proposed.The continuous salt spray,periodical immersion and comprehensive environmental test were carried out,and simulation of these accelerated corrosion tests was studied.The repeatability and acceleration of comprehensive environmental test also was studied and discussed.
