| 摘 要： | 本文提出了处理含油污水的新型气浮设备─—浮选柱。在实验室装置上研究了其结构参数和操作参数对浮选性能的影响。研究结果表明：浮选柱是一种具有高效、节能等优点的含油污水处理装置，除油率在９０％左右，处理１ｍ３污水能耗为０．１１３ｋＷｈ，比从国外引进的ＷＥＭＣＯ充气浮选机能耗低５０％，成本仅为ＷＥＭＣＯ充气浮选机的１／５。本浮选柱已获得中国专利。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a new type floatation installation──floatation column for treating oily sewage,On the basis of the laboratory installation,its structural and operating pa-rameters affecting the floatation performance have been studied. The results show that the floata-tion column is a highly efficient and energy saving installation for treating oily sewage. The deoil-ing rate stands at about 9 0%.The energy consumption of treating 1m￣3 waste water is 0.113kwh,50% lower than that of the imported WEMCO installation and its cost is only 1/5 as much as that of the WEMCO installation, A patent for this floatation column has been obtained in China. |
