浮选柱用于油田回注水处理的研究

摘    要:本文提出了处理含油污水的新型气浮设备─—浮选柱。在实验室装置上研究了其结构参数和操作参数对浮选性能的影响。研究结果表明:浮选柱是一种具有高效、节能等优点的含油污水处理装置,除油率在90%左右,处理1m3污水能耗为0.113kWh,比从国外引进的WEMCO充气浮选机能耗低50%,成本仅为WEMCO充气浮选机的1/5。本浮选柱已获得中国专利。

Abstract:The paper presents a new type floatation installation──floatation column for treating oily sewage,On the basis of the laboratory installation,its structural and operating pa-rameters affecting the floatation performance have been studied. The results show that the floata-tion column is a highly efficient and energy saving installation for treating oily sewage. The deoil-ing rate stands at about 9 0%.The energy consumption of treating 1m ̄3 waste water is 0.113kwh,50% lower than that of the imported WEMCO installation and its cost is only 1/5 as much as that of the WEMCO installation, A patent for this floatation column has been obtained in China.
