摘    要:研究了藻、菌及藻菌共存系统对偶氮染料降解的机理.50种偶氮染料的降解试验表明,多数偶氮染料可被藻、菌或二者共存系统所降解.藻也能单独降解偶氮染料,其降解机理基本一致:偶氮化合物的偶氮双键首先被还原裂解,产生芳香胺,芳香胺再被进一步降解.偶氮双键还原是由偶氮还原酶催化的.偶氮还原酶受氧抑制.芳香胺的降解是需氧的.

Abstract:The biodegradation mechanism of azo dyes in a system of algae and bacteria was studied. The "results of biodegradation experiments with 50 species of azo dyes showed that most of the dyes tested could be degraded. It was found that the algae alone was able to degrade azo dyes. This is contrary to the prevalent idea on the action of algae in the degradation process of organic matter in a lagoon. The degradation process of azo dyes had the same paths in bacterial and algal systems. Firstly molecules of dye was reduced and its azo-bond was broken down, forming aromatic amine. The aromatic amine was further degraded to form inorganic substances. The reduction of azo-bond was catalyzed by azo-reductase that was inhibited by oxygen. Whereas oxygen was necessary for the degradation of aromatic amine.
