| 摘 要： | 受"墨菲定律"及"海恩法则"的启示,指出发生事故是可能的,但是可以预防的,并分析了导致武器装备维护和使用中发生事故的各种因素,提出了加强安全管理的重要性,以及安全管理的具体方法与对策,对防止事故的发生具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | It is significant to keep the safety management in the maintenance and use of weapon equipment.Inspired by Murphy's Law and Hein's Law,this paper demonstrates that accidents are possible but can be prevented.Factors that may cause accidents of safety management in the maintenance and use of weapon equipment are analyzed,and some methods of safety management are given. |
