摘    要:本实验表明,石龙芮根尖细胞的微核细胞率与环境中致变污染物的质与量有密切关系,水环境中污染物的浓度与微核细胞率呈线性相关.据此可确定监测污染状况的细胞学指标.

Abstract:In this paper a micronuclear technique of the root-tip cells of Ranunculus sceleratus is described. The results obtained from the experiments showed that the micronuclear cell frequency was so sensitive to the concentration of pollutants in water that there existed a linear relationship between the frequency of micronuclear cell in the root-tip cells of R. sceleratus and concentration of the pollutants in the environment. Therefore, this technique could be used as a cytological index for monitoring water and other environmental pollutants. However, precautions must be exercised in handling the method itself and the treatment time.
