混晶纳米TiO_2薄膜光催化降解亚甲基蓝

摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料采用浸渍提拉法在普通瓷片表面制备TiO2混晶薄膜,用XRD对薄膜进行表征,选用亚甲基蓝催化降解考察TiO2混晶薄膜的催化能力,探讨了紫外光光照强度、亚甲基蓝初始浓度和pH对光催化降解的影响。结果表明:600℃煅烧4h可制备金红石为13.2%的混晶薄膜,平均粒径为22nm;初始浓度在0.313~0.937mg/L,催化反应符合一级动力学方程,半衰期随初始浓度的增加而减小;在光照强度为40W和pH为13时降解率为45.6%,并可多次重复使用。

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 films of mixed crystal were prepared by dip coating process on the normal china substrates using Ti(OBu) as precursor.The microstructure of films were measured by using XRD.The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films was evaluated by degradation of methylene blue.Effects of initial concentration of methyl orange(Co),intensity of UV irradiation(I) and pH value on the photocatalytis degradation were investigated in details.Results showed that TiO2 films are structuresd by anatase and rutile phase with grain sizes of about 22nm at 600℃,the mass percent of rutile phase is 13.2% At the initial concentration from 0.313~0.937mg/L,photocataiytic reaction can be epressed by the order reaction kinetic model;half-life time of the reaction minish with the increase of initial concentration of m-xylene in water.The degraded rate of wastewater is 45.6% under condition of original pH 13 and light intensity of 40w.The films can be recycled for several times.
