| Abstract: | Taking Japan as an example of the foreign community disaster prevention and mitigation to sum up the experiences and enlightenment to our country. Mainly includes ： perfecting the legal system of community and disaster mitigation, make the community disaster prevention plan, formulate community disaster risk map, build the construction of community disaster prevention wireless network and popularize knowledge of disaster prevention and mitigation, attaches great importance to the enterprise to participate in disaster prevention and mitigation activities. |
