摘 要: | 对当前流域累计性环境风险评价方面的研究进展进行梳理并对未来研究进行展望。通过概念辨析和文献调研的方法,指出了现有研究存在的3个问题:综合生态风险评价结果过于宏观,健康风险评价暴露途径考虑单一以及健康风险评价不确定性未有实质改变。进而得出结论:克服上述问题,需要在加强风险过程模型的构建与应用;开展多暴露途径的健康风险评价;将健康风险评价纳入我国现行流域管理以及开展完整的流域累积性环境风险评价等4个方面进行加强。

Abstract: | This paper aims at reviewing the research progress on watershed accumulating environmental risk assessment and prospecting the future research. Through the methods of conception interpretation and literature investigation, this paper points out three problems at present: the outcome of ecological risk assessment is too macroscopic, only single exposure pathway is considered in health risk assessment and the health risk assessment is still uncertain in fact. At last, this paper concludes that in the future four aspects should be strengthened: enhancing construction and application of risk process model, promoting multi-exposure-pathway health risk assessment, bringing health risk assessment into the present watershed management, and carrying out the true watershed accumulating environmental risk assessment. |
