| 摘 要： | ＣＦＣｓ对大气臭氧层的破坏作用已引起有关国际社会及许多国家的严重关注．１９９１年６月，我国成为新的《蒙特利尔议定书》的缔约国．因此，ＣＦＣｓ的控制对策及其替代技术的研究将对我国国民经济的发展和环境保护产生意义深远的影响．本文着重介绍了ＣＦＣｓ破坏臭氧层的机制，ＣＦＣｓ的全球控制对策及其替代技术研究等方面的情况．

| Abstract: | It has drawn the serious attention of some international societies and countries that the destructive role of the CFCs to the ozone layer in atmosphere and china became the signatory country to the new"Montreol Protocol"in june, 1991.So,it is very significant that the research of the CFCs control policies and the CFCs alternatives for the development of the chinese national economy and environmental protection.This paper introduces not only the destructive mechanisnl of the CFCs to the ozone layer,but also the status of the CFCs global control measures and its alternatives etc. |
