| 摘 要： | 本文介绍酸污水 pH 值控制系统设计的一种新方案,采用新型可编程控制器和静态混合器,来替代控制系统中的智能自调装置及中和反应池,应用自动控制的理论和方法来进行酸污水的中和处理.并对系统设计所涉及的一些技术关键、控制流程以及软件设计方面进行了论述.

| Abstract: | A new kind of way about auto-control system design for PH value of the acidic sewage is introduced in this paper,in which the programmable controller and the stilling mixer are used instead of the intelligent auto-adjuster in the control system and the neutral reaction pool.We ap- ply the auto-control theories and methods to the neutral disposal of the acidic sewage and describe some key technique of control process and the design of the software in the system design. |
